It seemed like it would have been a nice place to stay if they had actually accepted us There is nobody available at the front desk at 7:30PM for check-in. The number they provide goes to an answering machine and they don’t respond to their messages. I’ve booked 100’s of times many hotels in many locations for personal and business, I’ve never been to a location that has a 2 hour check-in period from 4-6. This is insane, and they let me know one day before my check in day. I needed 48 hours to cancel without a charge so this is essentially a scam. Needed to check-in on a Saturday and got there by 7:30, got a notification apparently on Friday that their check-in was 4-6 that I didn’t know about because I was busy packing and getting on a plane. And cancellation needed to be done by Thursday so I was left in an impossible situation. This has become a tough thing to navigate with booking.com customer service because they won’t pick up or respond to any of the calls that I or booking customer service has been making

The main problem though is lack of competent personnel and mainly adequate security and safety. E,G our door lock was blocked, our keys did'nt work when we returned one afternoon at 7:45 and the reception was closed, an emergency telephone was operating through an application so we had no answer to our calls and had to wait outside for an hour for someone to come and help us Moreover there is complete lack of security. Nobody asked for identity documents of the residents or of their car plates Entrance to the parking and the room doorstep was free to everyone 24/24 and not supervised at all We visited this hotel under the previous management 3times This was the 4th but unfortunately the last

Soft bed The bathroom was dirty look like blood was on the floor near toilet. The couch was stained bad. So I could only imagine the amount of effort put into cleaning the rest of the room.

The water in the shower didn't stay hot long

How it was setup like Apt’s The room was cold! Heat didn’t work. They didn’t try to fix the issue

Quiet and clean No complaints

I like the location and the kitchen! The carpet and sofa is filthy and needs to be replaced! The sofa beds are old and ran down the carpet is dirty they never clean. The beds also has bedbugs and the one lady is rude!

The room was clean, spacious and well located. Not expensive They charged us for the parking. Main entrance was closed and we had to wait outside. Breakfast was just a box and not very quality food

Kitchen, room layout Couldn't have more then one towel and blanket.... When I made request for linen for the pull out sofa and trash can for kitchen it never showed up...... Alot of cold air coming from exterior door

The room was good and had the basic amenities. I didn't have a car, told the same at the time of check-in and was told will not charge the parking fee since no car and was charged anyway from the safety deposit that's just BS. It's a scam and theyboost my trust.

The wrong size and privacy

Everything was great My flight got delayed, so i didn’t get in until 1am and when i arrived there was no one at the front desk to let me in and the doors were locked

We liked the size and layout of the room, the kitchen, and the overall amount of space. I didn’t like how the door to my mother’s room (113) did not close easily. We literally had to jiggle the handle a certain way, then put our body weight into the door for it to shut. The door also needed a little force to enter. The deadbolt in our room (121) was also broken when we arrived, leaving us slightly uncomfortable regarding our safety. My mother stayed in a separate room - the chair by the door was ripped on the arm and had stuffing coming out, and her tv remote was missing upon arrival. The staff was kind enough to provide a remote, and they fixed the deadbolt issue the morning after I reported it. So that was nice.
