Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

System went down
-
It’s an older hotel

First after we checked in, we were told the pool would be down for a couple of weeks. Secondly the elevator broke down while there. We stayed on the 3rd floor. I was very disappointed.

Everything was covinence by the perimeter

I’d like to first mention that Micah at the front desk was phenomenal even though it was his last day. He was our only shining light in our whole stay. When we checked in, Hilton’s system had been down for 3 1/2 hours so no one could check in. For customer service, that is enough time to come up with a back up strategy of either refunds, checking in people manually or something, not telling guests nothing and that it may be 4 more hours till they could do anything. Since we went through Expedia, we explained that we had already prepaid but, since his manager was no where to be found (which I did request him to call her because it felt unfair that he was dealing with this alone and she still didn’t show) he had to wait. He finally got confirmation that he could check us in but, the first room was still dirty, the second room the AC didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, and the shower door was broken so water went everywhere, and the third room the shower door was still broken and the room felt damp with mold on the floor boards but at that point it was 9pm and we checked in at 6pm and we were so tired/hungry that we didn’t want to go anywhere else. The restaurant never opened during our stay and we didn’t even want to attempt any other amenities so we weren’t even more disappointed… never will be back

Great staff clean rooms
-
Quiet hotel in a good location. My room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water didn't get as hot as I would like it to have. Breakfast buffet had limited options and was not worth the $22/person. Overall it was a good stay. I would stay here again.

Staff is great and rooms are clean

Blood stains on carpet (4th floor) near ice machine. Room needed TLC. Sliding doors were off track, shower door wouldn't close all the way, safe didn't work, and carpet was beyond filthy. By day 3, I had to request for the room to be turned over. Front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. Location is convenient and right off the highway.

Property was clean but some amenities were outdated. Shower doors need to be replaced to prevent water from getting everywhere when you are trying to turn the water on. Breakfast buffet was pricey for selection of food.
-
Ok hotel for a short stay. Put the plumbing in bathrooms are horrible. We switched rooms twice and both tubs and sinks drained so slow you end up standing in a pool of water while showering

The big letdown was the kitchen. My wife and I ordered some drinks and food. The drinks from the bartender were okay but the bartender is new and doesn't even drink alcohol! As for the food, our flatbread appetizer was great but the chicken nachos I had and the salmon my wife had were disgusting. I'm sure we were the only ones ordering food about that time, as the hotel was not very full. The front desk staff were very engaging and friendly, which helps in my review because otherwise I would probably knock another star off. In short, it's a decent hotel to stay at but I would avoid room service or the kitchen.

our stay was wonderful, the only complaint is that the air stopped working on our last night. i would also suggest a microwave on each floor if not in each room. i would also suggest smart tv for streaming services. other than that lovely stay
