Great staff

I was disappointed, the elevator and ice maker were not working well, honestly it's an old building, nothing exciting to share.

Great place to stay. The guy that checked us in was so friendly. He even gave us all a cookie before we went to our room. The room was spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is ok but their service is horrible. I recently spent 2 nights and forgot my necessaire in the bathroom - which contained my necessary medicine pills among other stuff like perfume, etc. After checking out I hit the road and I realized of this when I was 300 miles away. i called several times, but nobody was able to help me. They kept repeating I should receive a text or email if the item was found. I also tried reaching room keeping directly and always ended up leaving a message. Never got an answer, so I guess they decided to keep my stuff. So if you stay here, make sure you do not forget anything!

Clean room that’s about it. Overall my stay wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t book if your planning on staying with kids a lot of arguing I heard at night when tried report to staff they were no help. On top that pool wasn’t that big. The room was clean not that bad other than brown stuff on the window . Other than like I said ok wouldn’t book again though.

My family and I stayed June 27-28, but I needed to think for a while to be more fair. The main problem was that deep carpet cleaning is a contract service only done quarterly (we were told), but this is a pet-friendly hotel. On the first floor while we were there, there must have been a pet accident prior to our check-in. The front desk staff was unaware, so we informed them. Housecleaning was done for the day; there was no one to handle the problem. The smell of urine was pervasive and more overtaking the further down the hall you went. We were booked in room 111, which also had some peeling paint on the ceiling and walls. Initially, we were so tired from traveling that we thought we could bear it, but of course, the urine smell began to penetrate the room. We were offered a different room--this one on the fourth floor--room 474 I think--and it was absolutely perfect. The fourth floor was an upgrade in experience in every way. Is the hotel in mid-renovation? What concerned me most was the thought that others might be booked on the floor after we'd left. They were even out of fresh-baked cookies. We have both enjoyed Doubletree hotels in the past. I hope things can be improved.

Woke up and found a finger sized cockroach in my bathroom
-
Front desk was helpful(Derek), the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan and you had to get in the shower in order to turn it on.

Nice budget friendly stay
