Woke up and found a finger sized cockroach in my bathroom

Front desk was helpful(Derek), the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan and you had to get in the shower in order to turn it on.

Nice Hotel

My stay was good but what I didn’t like that it wasn’t a place to warm my food !

The server at breakfast was warm and welcoming. The bacon, grits, and pancakes were delicious . One of the front desk clerks, Micah, was exceptional. He dealt with a special needs guest while having an extremely backed up line with utmost respect. He left a great impression. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff and room was nice

We stayed here during my son's football tournament. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel provided everything we needed for our short stay.

The room kept filling up with smoke the ac wouldn’t work the window was nailed shut I had to change rooms because of this. People kept being really loud and saying weird things about sucking dick and using my name which was very confusing. I will never be back again

Room was clean and comfortable, but there were several maintenance issues. A few switches in the room that didn't work, some worn areas, and the down button on the elevator didn't work. Also they were out of cookies fairly early so we didn't get any.

The double tree was clean and the front desk employee was very helpful

Overall my stay wasn't so relaxing because the air-conditioning was very annoying, staff great food from the bar was amazing 👌 breakfast same

Book another hotel! The hotel staff was okay but housekeeping was terrible. I asked serval times to pick up dirty towels and trash from my room. It was done on my third day there ONCE I decided to place them in my hallway by the door … shaking my head. Do better! Won’t book again.

The location is very convenient and in a quiet area. The on-site restaurant is very good and reasonable for dinner and drinks. The breakfast has everything you might want.

No cribs or pack and play, the facility responded the day of my check out that there is no more cribs available anymore
