As usual, the elevator was supposedly out of order and my room was inconveniently on the 2nd floor. Unacceptable.
-
Nice staff and good food
-
Beds were comfortable and pool area was clean. Breakfast was very good. Elevator was broke. Our door between our 2 rooms, the door handle was broke.
-
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the only issue we had was our TV remote had dead batteries, and the pool was enjoyable.

I like the free upgrade of you wanna call it an upgrade lol and the night desk guy was super cool The pool was disgusting! My friends room smelled like musty mildew and the ac didn’t work very well and the carpets were sticky. My room was good they did a remodel in there I’m assuming cause it smelled like fresh paint and the carpet wasn’t sticky and looked newer but the ac didn’t work very well. And my friend reserved 2 adults 2 children but had 3 more grand kids that were coming to visit and go swimming and have cake for her birthday they charged her an extra $45 dollars to swim in there gross pool! Even tho they didn’t stay! So make sure if you bring extra people bring extra money! I can understand if they stay the night but just to visit and swim for a bit is ridiculous and $45 is crazy maybe $20 i can understand. And if the pool was clean i can understand extra money but i wouldn’t let a dog swim in there it was grey and murky and smelled like mildew you can see the blackness on the bottom of the pool!! You also can’t take your breakfast to your room so good luck keeping all your child in order as you wait for a table to eat on! Because there’s only like five tables!

None of the plug in worked in our room where the fire alarm was in the room there was a hole

It was spotless, but But the hospital -grade cleaners they used smelled awful. We bought a room deodorizer. Also, when we walked up to the desk, the clerk was on the phone, so we waited to check in, but when he finished the call, he hung up, didn't speak to us, and went into the next room and shut the door. We waited and finally said, "Hello. We would like to check in," and then he came back out.

We would have liked to be able to spend time with our grandchildren at your pool but were told no outside guests. Guess we'll have to go somewhere else next time. It was one of the reasons we booked here. Good breakfast though.

The location was what we needed near the interstate. First, we were given a room that wasn’t prepared (no sheets, linens piled up, trash). Then the clerk tried a series of other rooms that were also not prepared. Finally, we were given a room on the first floor, which he seemed to not want to do. Secondly, the elevator didn’t work and the hallways were hot. Thirdly, the other guests were behaving questionably. Lots of angry yelling in other rooms, guests hanging out open windows smoking, and a room that had a revolving door of random adults that would knock and enter the room, followed by the sound of lots of locks turning. It felt suspicious.

Clean and pleasant for a short stopover on our road trip. Breakfast was ok - good for getting back on the road.
-
The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of choices. Staff member was extremely nice.
-
The hotel was dated. The elevator did not work. The TV remotes did not work. The towels were worn out worse than towels I use to dry my dogs. The rate was way too much. And breakfast was items out of A hostess box. THIS IS NOT QUALITY.

Priced right
-
Was clean, convenient off the highway, would stay here again.
-
Hotel was good for what it was. Just stayed for one night.
-
Weeds and dirty glass windows and doors. Lobby not appealing. Elevator was out of service. Air conditioning in room barely working and big crack in sink bowl. Carpet old and lumpy. Linen seemed fresh and clean. Would not return.
-
The elevator wasn't working, price gouging because of graduation weekend
-
The room smelled stale You could order room service but not eat in your room?
