Over charged and got stuck in a room that was clearly smoke damaged and acted oblivious and tried charging me again for deposit and room twice. Then gives me room at 2am to different room clear on other side. While I watched them check in a handful of other people in rooms closer. Initially I was by main off, the. Completely other end second floor. So clearly retaliation. Never ever again

Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep

A pretty typical looking property of this location. It is pretty far from the campus scene and there’s limited public transportation.

Newly remolded rooms, clean, and a great nicely priced place to sleep for the night!

Too much people in a room and loud, you can smell cigarettes from other rooms, room felt so humid, poor light

Was no coversheet or shower gel on arrival, but was corrected by front desk.

I loved my stay there. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. If I ever have to go back to Champaign/Urbana I will stay there again. Nothing

The rooms are a little outdated but overall it was pretty clean and the staff was very nice. Really easy for a one night stay.

Was clean and convenient

It was quiet The fridge was making a noise, I had to unplug it to sleep. The toilet didn’t flush great.

The room was clean but had a smell of feet coming from the air conditioner. The comforter was well used with some stains and tears. The bathroom towels were thin and stained. We knew it wasn’t going to be higher end. It was just average. The location was decent for what we did. Parking was not a problem.

Local event demand had greatly raised prices and decreased availability of area hotels, so we were unable to book at our usual hotel. We liked that we were able to at least find a room at an affordable rate. TV was good. Ample parking. Management kindly let us have late check-out. We appreciated having a room on the first floor bacause second floor rooms were only accessible via stairs. Refrigerator not working. One bedside outlet was unusable. Terrible metal frame bed with so-so innerspring mattress. Pillows and linens were old and somewhat grubby. Room was extremely tight. We missed having a coffee maker in the room.

On top of that, the staff was very unpleasant to deal with. They were unhelpful when concerns were brought up and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issues. Good customer service can make a big difference, but that was definitely lacking here. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this location. Between the poor cleanliness and the unfriendly staff, it was not a good experience at all.
