La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Champaign

I am very upset because before my booking I had called about the pool. It was up and running. That is the only reason I booked the stay with my daughter who wanted to swim. I had to pay for an uber to and from a different place to swim plus entrance fee for the two of us. I could have saved money staying somewhere else. I understand things happen but two days no swimming at a place that offers a pool was very disappointing. Other than that had problems with the tv but the front desk solved that and everything else was good. Still just upset about the money wasted because of the pool.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good and coffee is great!

The room stunk like I don’t even know what, it was so bad we couldn’t sleep, one other guy said he checked in and there were used tampons in his trash cans! They left used towels on the bathroom floor. When I got there to check in there was a sign saying be back soon, and I waited 15 minutes or more just to check in. No breakfast when we left which was close to 7 am. Run from this place

The parking area was extremely well lit. It felt safe.

As soon as I entered my room there was this pungent smell. I am hoping it was cleaning products but it was so strong I had to open the window. It was awful. The window didn't even have a screen. There was hair in the skin and the tub, if it wasn't that we were just here to take my dog to the vet we would have left and contested the charges. Then each night people drank in lot G by our room number 167. Who the heck does that? Like this is not even near the college? What type of hotel are you running? Avoid this place like the plague. It smells and the bed is so uncomfortable.

Son habitaciones pequeñas, tienen olor a húmedo ,huele a marihuana afuera , un TV que no funcionó n el tiempo que estuvimos allí para todo eso el precio es demaciado alto nos fuimos el siguiente día con un olor a humedad horrible

The price was great for a 2 night stay. We were able to extend our check out time to noon. Which was a blessing. The room was really clean. Didn't make it to breakfast either mornings but that was ok. Definitely would stay here again if needed.

Rather gross. Sheets didn't look like it hadn't been changed. The chair looks like it was found on the side of the road...in 1965. Guest service lady refused to give me a receipt.Rude! I will NOT be booking here again 😒

Bathroom could use an update as well as the carpets a deep clean

Pool was not available very upset. There was no refund when canceled and left to go to another La Q hotel

Place was clean. The smell from cleaning was really strong.

The, breakfast is all fake, filler,sausage and processed eggs, biscuits are real,pool,was excellent and room was, except at bedtime their was pubic hair, on my sheet and I'm clean,shaved...not mine, 😞😞 but for 95,threw Expedia it,is what it is... coffee ☕ was good 😊 had a banana and yogurt.

It was a great stay!!! I highly recommend it.

Nicely updated room with a refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Would definitely stay here again.

Smelled like weed, questioned if anything was clean. Guy at front desk was really nice.

Breakfast on the weekends start at 7 and tried to get breakfast at 6:45 because it was out and we had to be at a game by 7, so we left hungry and had to go elsewhere

Room was decent. Door didn't close all the way to the room. Other than that the stay was fine.
