At 3 am guy that works nights shifts came to my room and tried to enter,I picked my stuff and went down his excuse was that he didn’t know that it was occupied,told him to call police got report and left ,not a safe place ,slept rest of the night in a car

Breakfast was meager. No eggs, meat, or waffles. Couldn’t get the styrofoam bowls separated to have cold cereal so settled for a bagel and peanut butter and an apple. Better than nothing!

My headphones were able to translate the last part of the front staffs conversation when I was checking in. They overcharged me because they knew I was out of state and would not return. I read the exact amount they were going to charge my card. At 1am, I got an alert from my bank that I was charged $81.54 (I checked in at 9p and paid for the room at 5p on Expedia.) The exact amount I read through my app paired with my headphones. I went to the front desk and confronted the man at the desk and he apologized. I am only writing this review because the charge is still not removed from my card. To be clear, I was also charged a $70 deposit, a $10 pet fee, and the $100+ I spent on the room through Expedia. I wish these things didn’t happen every time I used this application.

The room was very comfortable

This is a NICE property. Our only problem was the shower curtain was TOO SHORT! You couldn't possibly keep the water in the shower, so we wound up mopping up the floor. Otherwise, it was a well-located property near good places to eat and some big box stores that we needed to visit to get batteries and a forgotten item. I would definitely recommend this property.

got the room for my son. When he got there hotel called me for a damage deposit told me they couldn't take my credit card and I had to cash app them 40 dollars so I cash app it but I never got it back

I’m a military veteran with a service animal. My dog is well trained and behaved. You wouldn’t even know I had her in the room unless you saw her. I booked for 7 nights. One of the owners told me that if I came to the desk directly he would price match Expedia so I didn’t book through the website. I told him I would let him know because I had just moved to area and was in process of looking for an apartment so I wasn’t sure how long I would stay. When I went up there to renew a different owner was at the desk and I told him that one of the other owners told me they would price match Expedia. He told me no that I was already getting my dog to stay for free and told me to just leave. As a disabled veteran I shouldn’t have to worry about the safety of my pet. I would’ve just booked through Expedia again if I knew that was going to happen.

closeness to the mall , other shopping, and restaurants. the floor in my room was gross!!! My feet should not become brown with dirt! There’s mold in the bathroom in the corner of the shower and on the calk holding the tub to the floor the tub was rusted and felt like it was going to break under my weight. There’s cracked tiles in the entryway and human poop on the wall in front of the toilet I have found a faux fingernail in the room, an ear ring and someone’s sock! The front desk person placed us in a smoking area without asking if we wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room attempted to charge us $150 for my boyfriend’s SERVICE DOG then tried to make us use a separate entrance because of the dog they need to undergo service animal training because a service animal by law is an extinction of that person’s body and can go anywhere and hotel’s cannot charge a surcharge for service animal of any kind

Good amenities, laundry for customers, soda machine snack machine. $75 night spotless room clean environment what else we can expect from this hotel .
