From the moment I arrived, the staff were very helpful. I had everything there that I needed. The room was clean. 10 out of 10.

Location was perfect, didn't eat there, just had a glass of wine which was excellent. Had to hunt down front desk staff once, but not a big deal.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing! We had issues with the hot water in our room and at check out they accommodate us, we were also supposed to get free coffee but ended up paying for it that was also accommodated. Robert was excellent at check in!

No coffee or hot water was available during the day except from 5 AM to 620 AM. I was told the evening before that coffee will only be free from 5-630 AM but when I went I checked at 620, no coffee was provided and I had to buy it at their cafe. Toilet papers were limited, we had to ask for more and same with bath towels.
