We came to the Rizzo for freshman move in weekend at UNC chapel hill. Already a bit emotional, I was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff associate who greeted me with a smile and several cold bottled waters (for myself and the rest of the family who was still in the car). This was just the beginning of an amazing experience. The room was amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was gorgeous and the amenities were top notch. The pool was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was out of this world. Every time we return to chapel hill, we will be staying here. Thanks so much for making a difference- the Rizzo made our college move-in weekend even better than we could have imagined!

It is a beautiful property with many extras such as a pantry stocked with drinks and treats for the guests and a served breakfast.

This is such a great place to stay. The rooms are super clean and quiet, the beds are firm and comfortable, the breakfast, fitness center, pool, and guest pantry are fantastic amenities. The staff is courteous and helpful. There were not any things that I did not like. Everything contributed to a pleasant, seamlessly smooth stay in the middle of a long road trip.

Location & bar were excellent. Air conditioning for room 255 was non-existent. The fan ran all night but did not cool the room at all.
