It was hard to get towels, it smells horrible and staff was rude

I have never been to a hotel this gross....disgusting is an understatement! The rooms dirty! The hallways common areas elevator everything dirty! The entire hotel smelled bad and felt sticky. The 2 rooms we were in smelled horrible. Correction 3 because we had got one of the rooms switched because the air conditioning would not work and toliet would not flush...and the staff member had attitude when I told him something was wrong! I asked for towels and he huffed about that I got new stained towels! My 1st room also had stained sheets! Thank god we did not see any bugs! The trash was overflowing in the common areas and outside main entrance like no one worked there...pool broke, fitness center broke, oh some ppl around(not sure if the were guest) in the parking lot very questionable... This is just most of what I remember from this unfortunate stay!!unfortunately I booked through Expedia and reviews were not nearly the same as Google

This property is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Pool is closed, Hotel smells like cheap air fresheners and cigarettes. Management lied about not having towels in stock because people steal.

I really enjoyed staying here there was plenty of room for my family . I also enjoyed the breakfast everything was really good the only thing was that it did not have a pool that is the bad thing. I was a bit disappointed.

The staff were amazing. Great people. But the bedspread was dirty, the night stand was dirty (had coffee cup rings on it), and the shower was dirty, with bathtub ring. The soap dish had a previous guest’s hair in it. There was no coffee in the room either. On the positive side, it was nice and quiet, the a/c was good and cool, and the bed was comfortable.

We had rented 2 rooms. The first room everything seemed to work okay. But the 2nd room the refrigerator did not work at all. They had a small one in the room that worked okay. It also had an indoor pool that was not available for use at all. Not sure why the pool was not available. My great grandchildren were a little disappointed with no pool. We were not at the hotel except mainly for sleeping, we had many activities planned for the few days we were in Charleston. The air conditioning worked great and you could set your own temperature in your room which was good. Our stay was okay.

We have stayed in several hotels over our life,but this has to be one of the most filthiest one ! that I can remember, from dirty floors,dirty furniture, nasty bathroom, we had no towels in room, and was told they were washing and drying them now.finally upon getting some they were so bad with stains and smell we used out beach towels, this place needs to be closed down by the board of health.

The WiFi kept going off. My baby was picking up trash off the floor literally soon as we walked in. As hot as it was the air only cooled the first night (I stayed 3 nights). Asked housekeeper to change my sheets after I gave her the old ones because my baby had N accident and she handed me the stuff to change it myself after I explained to her I was in a hurry and would be gone all day because my dad was having surgery. She never changed my bedding. Asked for new towels and wash cloths. She said they were washing and she would bring some afterwards. Never received them. Talked with front desk. And he had an attitude and said “well what you want me to do about it”. Tv only worked the first night. It was horrible

Great location, and bedroom had an actual door, separating living room, central AC, updated TVs. Good shower. Breakfast met our expectations - not a huge choice but all the basics were there. Room reeked of mold, sticky floors, some towels are so old they have holes, linen stained. When I saw the mattress on pullout sofa, I wanted to cry - it was very old and fully covered in yellow stains, there was no cover whatsoever. All furniture is old and needs cleaning.

This hotel was disgusting. The rooms were nasty with stains on the mattress and sheets. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The sheets had rips in them. The towels and bathroom were unsanitary. We checked out early and found a different hotel to stay in because the property was so nasty.

No me gustó nada ,de hecho hice check in y a los 10 minutos check out ,todo estaba sucio ,había basura en el piso de la habitación,las sábanas tenían sangre o una mancha roja ,todo estaba oxidado y sucio ,inmediata entre mis fuimos y el personal muy poco amable ,porfavor no se hospeden ahí ,hay hoteles del mismo precio y mucho mejor.

Breakfast was great! The room smelled a bit musty. We couldn't get the TV to connect to any apps so that we could sign in to our accounts and watch preferred shows.

I enjoyed my stay it's just waiting for an hour or so after the expected check in time was an inconvenience. I was celebrating my birthday and would love to stay again. But an efficient check in time would be preferred than waiting for hours after. I should have received a discount for the night but none was offered

I was put in 3 rooms because the rooms were so horrible. Lights just hanging down not attached, bedside table was on the ground, washcloths filthy, ketchup stains all over wall, sitting rooms all stained and nasty

Worst hotel ever stayed at. Absolutely filthy. I have pictures of stains and stuff all over walls, stains on sheets and comforter, couldnt sit in sitting room as chairs were all stained and nasty
