Quality Inn Charleston - West Ashley

We checked into the hotel and the staff had already charged us for the room. When we entered the room there were multiple blood stains on the pillow and the toilet was filled with toilet paper. The tub faucet was detached from the wall and the whole place smelled musty and gross. When we went back to the desk to request a refund they continually denied the request even after my husband showed them the blood stained pillow. The management insisted that their policy is not to refund even in circumstances like this one. They also insisted that they are unable to grant refunds because it was booked with a 3rd party.

Rooms and property not well maintained lots of lots of dead bugs in the window sill by the air conditioner very old very outdated rooms maybe worth $50 not $110 a night at all

But there is a Waffle House next door in case you don't like their offering. An older building, nothing fancy. With all the business Pick ups in the lot. It was very quiet, these people all have to be at work in the morning.

The option they had daily pay The workers were rude. Not patient at all. I feel we were treated differently because of race.

Do not book here , rooms are awful , dirty , tv didn’t work , outside area trash everywhere

Rooms were somewhat updated. I didn't really feel safe. No shower curtain. One washcloth. No creamer packets for coffee. Room wasn't swept. Lighting was dark even with 3 small lights. Bed was springy. Trash all over the place outside.

Nothing Everything was awful, will never book here again

However, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure/shower was good.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was dirty and had no fan.

The lobby was the nicest The room was smelly and dirty

I didn't stay there because the owner was rude Didn't stay

bagels and no toast. Only frosted flakes and cheerios.

Super Dusty, couldn’t breathe

I could\nNot find anything I liked. I did not like the service. Did you look like the service. Did not like the room. Did not like the beds. Half the stuff did not work. The toilet ran continuous. The blow dryer shocked my wife with electricity. The staff would not work with us in any way. The\nBreakfast bar was no good what they had for a bar.I would not consider a breakfast bar.

The shampoo was very harsh. Soap was regular bar soap. Towels were small. The water pressure, in the shower was good.The sheets on the bed were polyester and the bedspread had stains. The motel was easy to drive past, so you had to look for the Waffle House to know where to turn. It was next to a Waffle House, It has some shopping close by and downtown is about 5 miles away(15-20 min drive)

We didn't like much. Were there for a wedding and this motel was close No elevator, Heavy traffic noise. Walls paper thin, was woken up by neighbor talking and making popcorn. We could hear every kernel popping. Woken up at 3:45am. with neighbors pounding on neighboring door looking for his cheating wife. The room was decent for what it was.

The rooms at a bad smell, floors were dirty and roaches in room. Not real good breakfast food.

Room floor was dirty; grit on feet and/or socks. All else okay.
