Clean and spacious room. Friendly front desk attendants. Warm indoor pool. Delicious continental breakfast.

The only minor drawbacks were that the beds were a bit high, making them somewhat difficult for an elderly person to get into. Also the A/C unit blew directly toward the bed. Other than those small issues, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Ease of check in and check out was nice. The few staff interactions I had during the day were pleasant. The location is good for shopping and dining with a lot of variety in the immediate area. Onsite laundry took tap to pay which was nice when we had beach stuff to wash. Take a seat, this is going to take a while. Rooms were noisy. Situated by a highway, we could hear cars and motorcycles day and night. Soundproofing in the room was minimal. We could hear guests in the other room and hallway all night. The elevator made a doorbell noise every time it was summoned and when you’re across from the elevator, that becomes annoying, especially at night. Beds were old and creaky. Rooms had been cleaned but still found hair, debris, and worse in the bathroom. Fixtures were old and outdated. Biggest problem was on the last night when the room opposite ours failed to control their children for several hours and how my attempts to resolve it were met. Seriously, it sounded like a daycare from 4 PM to after midnight. I called the front desk to report it after 11 PM and twice I was placed on hold by the staff on duty and twice it hung up on me. My wife had to go downstairs with a recording of the noise from our room and it was met with something between disbelief and indifference. My daughter had to knock on their door to ask the people inside to be quiet, but we have no idea if the property ever took action as we still heard the room across the hall before we had to get up for our 3:30 AM check in at the airport. I also left a voicemail with the manager during the noise issue. Granted, that was early on a Sunday morning, but three business days later, I’ve not had a callback at all regarding being hung up on twice in the middle of the night. Guess it was a good thing it wasn’t an emergency. Honestly do not know how this place is rated so highly on Booking. I won’t be staying here nor any other branch of Comfort Suites again.

Please replace the pillows. Need more support in the pillow structure. Breakfast is delightful. Staff friendly. Parking good. Strategically location great !

Very convenient location to everything.

Would have thought extra towels, linens, pillows and blankets were in room for the pull out couch and number of people staying. Was disappointed that all we had was more than half roll of toilet paper and a full roll. Staff were exceptionally friendly and informative about our stay , breakfast and pool, etc.

We were delighted to come across this property! It was everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway to Charleston. Very roomy space in the hotels, clean, comfortable, and fantastic breakfast to start the day with. Their heating and cooling units in the rooms ran consistently throughout the night and were not loud. It made for a nice night sleep! We found our new favorite spot to stay when we visit Charleston!

I did notice in our room, the floor appeared wet. My husband say it appeared to been wax that had not dried. The stool flush handle had to be held down in order for it to flush properly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast that was served from 7-10am. Overall, the stay was nice. Bed slept well. With plenty of towels, pillows. Microwave and fridge made it convenient.

Nothing Pull out sofa smelled like pee. Had to walk down to front desk to get towels toilet paper and bedding for pull out sofa. No maid service while you are there. Pool was closed half of our stay.

My dad loved the breakfast and I enjoyed using the fitness room! We loved our stay! This is my 5th time staying here and fill continue to use this location!

Indoor pool, hot breakfast, good cookies, great place to stay!
