Nice, comf

Quiet and pretty clean, the hotel is close to many things in Charleston, but out of the main traffic areas. Our card to the rooms deactivated really easily when in the same bag as our phones, despite not touching it, which was annoying to get fixed each day. The staff was kind and helpful about it.

A bit away from the Historic area of Charleston but worth it for the price and the facility. The staff were eager to help and everything felt like an upscale hotel.

The hotel is nice, and I would stay again. There was no free morning coffee that I could find, which is pretty standard these days. If you do stay, bring a pillow; the ones supplied were not very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend

The room was clean, staff was very friendly. Didn’t get to eat breakfast because of a prior engagement, but it smelled delicious. Definitely will be staying again

I so enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of our room, the beds were so comfy that I slept in practically the entire time I was there, missing breakfast. I didn't care because it was so nice, the bathroom was very modern and perfect, we enjoyed the pool although we believe it could be cleaner as I saw the same piece of wrapper floating the next day as well. Your front desk staff were wonderful; they are professional and gave service with a smile. Convenient to restaurants not just the one inside, it was easy accessing many places from the location. What most impressed me was how quiet it was, I didn't hear alot of noise from rooms alongside me with slamming doors or loud talking which is sometimes unavoidable but happy to say that wasn't an issue here. I am definitely coming back to this hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

Everything was great

We passed on the breakfast.The location was really convenient--not too far from downtown and right by the highway.The room was really great--the bed was so comfortable,as were the chairs,and the bathroom was spacious,clean,and had both a shower and a tub. It's kind of a labyrinth to find your way from the room to the parking area(depending on where your room is located,of course).

Stayed here on a solo trip to Charleston. The property is a little dated, but the rooms were beautiful and kept very clean. The outdoor pool was open and guests were using it. It looked clean and well kept. My first night I was in a room where the A/C unit was making a loud noise, but after working with the front desk staff I was moved to another room that was much better. Everyone working there (front desk, housekeeping) was so friendly and professional. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Very comfortable bed. Especially delicious omelet for breakfast. All was excellent.
