Well taken care of while there.

I was not expecting this hotel to be this nice. It was cleaner than I expected. It was an older layout (from days gone by), but well maintained and upgraded. Restaurant was really good, but breakfast not included in our price. We had supper and breakfast in our one night stay. It wasn't cheap, but good and convenient. Probably my favorite midrange/upper midscale hotel that I've used.

I left two new dresses in the closet and they did wonderful job getting them to me out of state! They were extremely helpful and room was very comfortable!

Size of the room. Friendliness of the staff and location.

But I had to ask the staff multiple times to get clean towels.

A Great Stay

Really impressed with this hotel from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. Rooms were spotless — you could tell cleanliness is a real priority here. It was also quiet, which made for a genuinely restful stay, no noise from hallways or nearby rooms. On top of all that, the value for the price was outstanding — you get a lot more than what you pay for compared to other places. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel.

Great spot and clean for the price

Convenient location. The front desk receptionist was so helpful and kind. She addressed all my questions and made sure I had no questions before I went to my room. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again.

Quiet and pretty clean, the hotel is close to many things in Charleston, but out of the main traffic areas. Our card to the rooms deactivated really easily when in the same bag as our phones, despite not touching it, which was annoying to get fixed each day. The staff was kind and helpful about it.

A bit away from the Historic area of Charleston but worth it for the price and the facility. The staff were eager to help and everything felt like an upscale hotel.
