Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/West Ashley

It was my second time staying at this hotel. It is very clean and quiet.

It was a great hotel only complaint was they did not clean our room on a day they were sappose to . They did offer after to take the trash and give us fresh towels .

Everything was so clean!

Coffee was excellent. Several types of coffee, dark, light brew and decaf. There were plenry of breakfast choices. The receptionist was pleasant and offered different room choices.

Decor and friendly staff. Also overall clean The beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast options were not good at all. The first morning (Thursday) was great. They served breakfast omelets but the rest of the days were gross.

My only place to stay in Charleston. Friendly, helpful staff, and very clean and comfortable rooms.

I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels.

It was near Costco Service staff were non existent. We waited 4 days to get our room cleaned a towels and that after we asked for service three times. They gave us a handicapped room and we DIDNT ask for it

Good place to stay and close to most famous place

Great location (incl. Near grocery), beautifully designed hotel for the star level. Comfy, good sleep. Fridge could be slightly bigger, but otherwise all was good.

Very good breakfast options! Our shower door would not stay closed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We had a king suite which was great! Staff was awesome. Breakfast is free and was good. You won’t be disappointed!
