Pool has not been open for our july & august stays.
-
Clean room and building. The food at Hot something was not very good. Need to improve on selection. Indicated pastry but there was no pastry.
-
Great location. Hotel historic with modern twist. The staff were amazing.
-
Our visit was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. The room itself had mildew in the bathroom and the sink a bit leaky. Otherwise wonderful stay.
-
Staff made this stay lovely. The room was okay but the bathroom had mold and a dripping sink. The pillows were flat. The location was exceptional where you could walk to museums, parks, attractions and the market.
-
Room was great and the service was excellent! Richard and other gentleman working out front were wonderful
-
My second stay here and as always a pleasure! Great location from restaurants and shopping! Staff is always a pleasure to interact with and of course the cleanliness top tier!

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was pretty and well located, and the restaurant (Lenoir) was delicious with lots of GF options. The only bummer was the pool being closed. Definitely would stay again!

Pool was not available. Great stay otherwise. Excellent location.

Location

Great hotel with a perfect location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The only downside was that the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay. We chose this hotel specifically because of the pool. While access to a pool at a nearby hotel was offered, it wasn’t as convenient as having one on-site. Overall, we had a great stay.
-
The location of the hotel was walkable to many restaurants and shops which was great! The only downside was that the pool was out of commission and we were not told about it - we had to ask and we were given the choice to walk to another hotel to use their pool; it was an inconvenience -I wish I had known about it beforehand.
-
The only major issue was the bathroom door not closing which we informed the front desk a few times wasn’t done but the HR Director Lindy we met at time of arrival helped us resolve it and was an absolute rockstar her assistance and service made our whole stay better - she is a great hotelier and excellent hospitality

I liked the boutique nature of the hotel. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful with information and directions. The property was close to shops and walkable.
