The Restoration hotel features a library, restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop, and boutique store. The hotel is located only 1804 feet from the College of Charleston and 9 minutes' walk to Charleston City Market. The continental breakfast is available daily between 8am and 9am in a picnic basket at The Rise Coffee Bar. Breakfast items may include but are not limited to croissants, Danishes, and bagels as well as fresh fruits. Every residential suite at The Restoration features exposed brick walls, hardwood flooring, and spacious living areas. Each suite provides a flat-screen TV, and a modern kitchenette or kitchen. Select suites have a washer and dryer. An evening wine and cheese reception is offered nightly between 5pm and 6pm in the estate library. The hotel also offers freshly baked cookies in the evenings. A rooftop bar and grill is open for lunch and dinner, and a coffee shop is also on site. Many shops and restaurants are located in Charleston Historic District and steps from The Restoration. The Fort Sumter Ferry is 1.1 mi away.

This was hands-down, the best boutique hotel off King St. The hotel is close to all the best restaurants and shopping. I loved our room, rented a loft that faced King St which made for great people watching.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in! Staff were amazing and the place was beautiful. Very convenient being in downtown Charleston. Everything is close with accommodations of a shuttle service. I will be coming back here for sure!

Very clean and very close to king st. Free shuttle within a 2-mile radius included plus they included a breakfast basket every morning to your room. Room included a full fridge and snacks for an additional fee. Pool was clean and staff was very nice!! Definitely recommend, would stay again

The only area of concern was related the the valet service. Several times, we would attempt to call in advance to have our car retrieved and no one would answer. If you went to the lobby, you’d be at the mercy of how busy the desk rep may be. You need to allow for 20-25 minutes to get your car.
