Noise on king street was loud. Mostly vehicles. 2 of the smoke detectors were not there. Had to call management company to have maintenance put them in as I was not sleeping there without them. So a pain that we had to wait for someone to correct this while on vacation. Maintenance guy was very nice though.

Well unfortunately the owner of the property texted me two days before we checked in stating that we would be unable to stay there because of a broken AC unit and said we would get a refund. Then tried to get me to cancel my reservation, which was non refundable, and then proceeded to GHOST ME. Location and size of apartment. Comfortable beds Encountered A/C and Heat problems. Description of location was incorrect and entry door not clearly marked.

Great location-right in the middle of King St. walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Property was updated and beautiful with hardwood floors with full kitchen (utensils, cups and glasses, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pots&pans, etc. ), washer & dryer, large living room with big couch, table and chairs, two bedrooms w/a shower in each bedroom. Very easy entry to the property was all done by entering passcodes. Noise of outside

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Place was fabulous! Pros: Great Location, Cleanliness, beds extremely comfortable, great shower in bathrooms, stylish living room, great Kitchen, lots of space, great communication, towels were soft and fluffy, sheets are so soft, parking was super easy and nearby. We parked in the garage right around the corner at 69 Wentworth Street. Property is exactly as pictured! There were just a few minor items that would have made this stay a 10 vs a 9 rating. There were no luggage carts for transferring luggage and bags from car to our unit. When you have luggage, groceries, etc, this would have been extremely helpful. Not having been to this property, where to unload was a bit confusing bc the loading zone is very small and not well marked. Cars were parked in the loading zone when we arrived and we were unable to determine where it was located. For future guests, the loading zone is right behind the handicapped parking, which is right when you turn onto Society Street. Now that we know where it is, super easy, but was definitely confusing when we first arrived. A few small suggestions that would easily make this a 10 stay for future guests: each person gets one wash cloth. It would be nice to include at least two wash cloths for two/three night stay. Hanging a hook next to the shower for towels would be extremely helpful. Adding a thick towel for shower mat in front of shower should be given. A shelf in the shower for shampoo, razor, soap, etc. to hold toiletries would be extremely helpful for peeps with mobility issues. Most importantly, the lighting in the bathroom is awful. Adding lights just above mirrors or on the side of mirror would be an easy fix. Providing a luggage rack to place luggage and more hangers in closet would have been helpful. Providing one full length mirror in unit would also be nice. And finally, just need to replenish silverware, champagne and wine glasses for unit. None of these items were a big deal for us, but would have made this stay a 10 out of 10! These are just a few inexpensive suggestions that would make a big difference.

Very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. The two separate bedrooms were great and the living area massive. Staff not on site but very responsive to texts, making life very easy in advance and while we were there. Location is perfect to walk everywhere and there was a disabled parking on Society street if you have the placard. Needs something, like a shelf, in the showers to put shampoo etc. King street can be noisy with traffic and the trash collection seems to be every day and very noisy between 6 am and 8 am, obviously not Guest Quarters fault

You're kidding me, right? NO ONE at the Front Desk? NO ELEVATOR in the building? What is this 1852 AD??? I hope you are enjoying MY $1900 bucks!

Loved the property. Very east to work with staff for easy check in and instructions. Property was very clean and spacious. Lots of upgrades. In the heart of the town with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The noise. Loved being on the main street, but it was pretty noisy in the early mornings.

Excellent location, lots of room.

Location was the best part. Extremely loud foot noise overhead from 11pm to 1am for two nights in a row. One of the showers wasn't working properly, only 1 out of 3 tv remotes worked and needed new batteries. Kitchen refrigerator door ice and water dispenser didn't work. Kitchen cabinet handles were gross. Way over priced at $1,500 for two nights.

Lots of shopping and foods Noisy area

We loved being on Kings St. and the place is so great.

Beautiful accommodation and very large! Location perfect!! Nothing

Nice place, good location for shopping, etc. Street noise was terrible. People screaming at 2:00 am.

Fantastic location. Step outside your door and you are right in the middle of all the action. Property was clean, well appointed, and perfect for a family who’d like their own space to wind down in the evenings. Parking was a bit of an obstacle. There is a parking lot very near the property on Society St. However, the cost to park there is $84 per day! We did locate the parking lot suggested by property management. It was much more affordable, but a good ways from the property. My sweet husband would journey out to get our car and come pick us up.

The whole apartment is beautiful. It has got all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Its location is very convenient to reach different parts of the city. The communication was always excellent. It can be a bit noisy given that it faces King Street, but nothing too disturbing.

Size was great; outdoor space; furnishing and fixtures; washer/dryer. Could use ceiling insulation- super loud above
-
pods, creamers or sugar was provided. No coffee, creamer or sugar provided for coffeemaker. Not enough towels for size of the unit. More soap/shampoo would have been appreciated.

Very spacious two bedroom, two bath unit was in a great central location south of Calhoun, directly on King Street and within walking distance of a great many shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean with premium kitchen appliances, stacking washer and dryer, large 55" wall mounted television, and fast wifi. The queen-sized beds were very comfortable with spacious closets in each bedroom and en suite bathrooms. A great place to stay while visiting Charleston! Our deluxe unit was on the second floor facing King Street above a retail store. There was a lot of vehicle noise in general, but most noticeably in the morning starting at about 5:00AM from delivery trucks, garbage trucks, and street cleaning. Ear plugs recommended if you are a light sleeper. The smart lock entry into the building from the street was not working very well and required a lot of fidgeting to gain entry.

Spacious accommodations and convenient location to everything in Charleston. There are no amenities/food, etc so that is not applicable, but the apartment is very nice It sits right on King Street so you need to be prepared for loud nightlife until at least midnight and early morning street cleaning and garbage pickup every day
