Hotel Richemont

The balcony was the smallest I’ve ever seen!

Staff was amazing, from valet to front desk to housekeeping ,everyone was really helpful and friendly! Location is perfect for shopping!

The hotel was amazing but the lack of restaurant was disappointing. The morning coffee was appreciated but the pastries could have been improved.

Location was amazing! Beds were comfy and rooms were nice, staff was friendly and quick. Bikes were awesome, must use! Few comments: dead plants on the balcony, light out in bathroom when I arrived (fixed quick), bathroom faucet knob very loose, dust on items in the room, bathroom amenities not up to par for 4 star hotel, room service during the day not the best. Pretty good but expected more for the amount we paid.

This was a great spot in the middle of DT charleston. Right in the middle of everything. Great and beautiful place to stay.

Great location, great staff, very clean. My only complaint is that there isn’t a lobby to congregate and wait for others or have a drink.

Fantastic location. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Rooms were very nice. Beds extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness is most important and that met our high standards. Staff was great. The one serious disappointment was the restaurant closed the day we arrived. There was no mention of this when we called. They even told us about the food shares and menu. No restaurant was quite a disappointment.

From our arrival to departure, everything was great! Pleasant and helpful staff, very clean property and beautiful, spotless, comfortable room! We will definitely return!

This was my second stay at Richemont. Our first stay was in the residence and the most recent in a regular double room. I was wowed by both. The location is wonderful, the staff go above and beyond. The restaurant is very good as well!

Really cute property tucked away right off King Street. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Really friendly staff. Enjoyed the free cocktail at the bar too!

Great stay at Hotel Richemont. The room was clean and so comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Diane was great!!!

Good location and friendly valet workers. Bad communication from the staff/ hard to get help when needed. Room wasn’t ready on time. Requested and was granted a late check out but yet our keys were turned off right at 11am resulting in us not being able to get in our room and having to return to the desk and ask someone for help into our room and not being able to come and go freely because they wouldn’t make us new keys or turn ours back on.

The restaurant on property was OUTSTANDING and the location of this hotel cannot be beat. Staff were amazing and friendly.
