All staff members were a pleasure. We enjoyed getting to know them.

Great staff, beautiful hotel. Have stayed many places in CHS over the years. This is by far one of our favorites. The location is perfect for shopping on King. Bar was crowded so we were unable to try it out but hope to when we return. Very well priced spacious room.

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms. Great location. Staff was amazing and so helpful.

The Richemont is a boutique hotel in the heart of the French quarter. It was centrally located to everything on your list of must see and do. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a small courtyard balcony which was great to have. Our room was very spacious even with the king sized bed which I must say was super comfy. The bedding was soft and I passed out each night no problem. An added bonus is that there was a very generous sized two drawer refrigerator. The bathroom and shower was also surprisingly spacious with a separate room for the toilet. The only thing I missed is having dimmer lights in the bathroom. Definitely a perfect hotel for our two days in Charleston.

Would stay here again! Everything was clean and well maintained. PERFECT location, right at the heart of King St., everywhere we wanted to go was <20 min walk. Staff was friendly and super helpful.

Great stay

This was our first trip to Charleston so expectations for the hotel were HIGH. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property is close to King Street so walkable to shops and restaurants. There's a great bar/restaurant onsite as well. Would definitely recommend!
-
Outstanding from the valet to the desk clerk, to the cleaning service and the amazing restaurant. I also enjoyed the gym nearby with my complimentary hot yoga package. Great stay!

Great location and well maintained. Had a very pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was exceptional and so was the food and drink at the Two Bit bar/restaurant.
-
Beautiful property, well maintained, and close to shops, restaurants, and historical places.
-
We had constant music noise in our room, balcony door wouldn't lock & housekeeping never showed up last day. On the positive great location, large & comfortable room. It is a bit of a walk to better restaurants but we're fit so not an issue. Our next visit I will stay elsewhere but this is a solid choice.

A new, small and intimate property which is close to shopping and dining. Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend the Hotel Richemont.

Great high end boutique hotel within one block walking distance of college of Charleston
-
Clean and unique . I’d definitely stay here again . Right off king street by the historic old part of town .

There really wasn’t much available at the “gift shop” except for merch. The restaurant on site was having a private party which made the empty gift shop doubly perplexing. There really aren’t any views as the hotel is pretty well surrounded by buildings. Its a serviceable boutique hotel.
