Everything was perfect from the staff to the room everything

The location was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful, there was plenty of parking, the rooms were huge and clean for the most part, and the beds were firm but comfortable. Very nice stay. The cabinets in the kitchenette and the bathroom could be wiped down a little better. Also, the bathroom door would not close so we had to put a suitcase by it to hold it closed. But that’s literally literally the only things that were wrong.

Location is convenient. Breakfast is a nice touch.

Hopefully we will be back again.

I liked where we were located. I didn't like that my door would not close, so the first night you could just push.my door and you could get it easily. I called the front desk and they told me to slam it. Had to slam it repeatedly before it closed. I haven't received my deposit and it's been two weeks. I have never had to wait that long for my deposit.

The problems started as soon as I checked into my room. The room was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were hairs on the toilet seat that certainly did not belong to me, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the entire room. In the kitchenette area, there were greasy handprints on the countertop as though someone had recently handled food and the surface had never been properly wiped down. Even more concerning, there were greasy fingerprints on the paper towel roll, and the grease had soaked through the paper, making it obvious that someone with dirty hands had handled it before my arrival. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When I checked out the following morning, I found a woman lying passed out on the curb directly outside the hotel. Concerned for her well-being, I stopped to check on her and determine whether she needed medical assistance. She was alert enough to wake up, tell me she was okay, and then simply rolled over and went back to sleep on the curb. Between the unacceptable cleanliness issues in the room and the unsettling scene outside the hotel, this property did not provide the safe, clean, and comfortable experience that guests should expect. I cannot recommend staying here and will not be returning.

Very quiet & peaceful during day & night

Room was clean and having the kitchen area in room was nice, but there was some noticeable room damage in the that was not well repaired.

I had no issues.with the property during my stay.

I never got back my incidental payment. I’ve been fighting to get my money back. My trip was in April. Every-time I book a hotel in Charlotte my account gets hacked and I pay for the room in advance and they still try to steal my money.

Da’Shawn at the front seat was the absolute best… He went a lil above to help me and I truly appreciate him… Keep up the great customer service it’ll definitely be one of the reasons people like staying there

My stay at Candlewood Suites was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient amenities that made my stay feel relaxing and stress-free. The customer service truly stood out, and I felt welcomed throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant experience

This hotel was not clean. They have roaches, the first room I was placed in only 1 of the beds was clean the other bed had a big nasty grease stains and foot prints on the sheets. The second room I was switched to smelled liked animals, had a formal leak under the bathroom sink and they left dirty towels under bathroom sink, the bed I slept on felt like the springs were coming through the mattress, the pillows smelt old as if they never had been cleaned or changed out in years, the lamp on the table was falling apart, they had wet tissue balls on the bathroom wall. This property should not be listed as part of the IHG brand as it gives them a bad reputation.
