The room smelled musky. Room wasn’t cleaned every other day

Staff and it had an extra pillow Once breakfast is over the even shut off the juice machine … weird but also I would check the AC its was missing buttons so I Couldn’t cool the room off some .

Property is not well maintained, rust and mildew in the bathroom. Some staff were nice but other staff members were very rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was decent and parking was easy. Lady serving breakfast was extremely unpleasant.

The person that checked us in was amazing. Can't remember her name- I think it was Nicky.

I was pleased with my stay. The lady at the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly. The couple of ladies that set up the breakfast were rude, the hot food was cold and the food ran out quick. I stayed there for a week & half so I witnessed it on several days.

Clean comfortable room. Highly recommend.

Good location I checked in and room was dirty from bathroom hair on floor pulled sheets back. And dirty with pubic hair like housekeeper just maid bed up and refrigerator dirty

This property is very outdated. It very dull, and a not so good odor. The pool was broken and was sent to another property to use their pool and theirs was broken too. It was no accommodation. I will never book here again. Not work the money. The beds were very skeptical, pillow case was wrinkled. I did not like this place. Everything!

It was clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet (I love that) and the breakfast was delicious and lots of options. I had a terrible experience with my entire trip except this hotel. Best part of my entire trip.

In addition, the overall condition and cleanliness of the room fell well below the standard I have come to expect from a Marriott property. The room appeared dated and in need of updating. There were multiple stains on the walls, hair present in the shower upon check-in, and noticeable stains on the curtains. These issues created the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or properly maintained prior to our arrival. I have stayed at Marriott properties throughout the United States, South America, and Europe, and one of the reasons I continue to choose Marriott is the consistency of the guest experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the level of quality, cleanliness, or attention to detail that I have come to to associate with the Marriott brand. The condition of the room significantly impacted our overall experience and enjoyment.

The property has not been maintained since the hotel opened many decades ago. The curtains were ripped, the wood furniture is worn away, water damage all around sink and toilet, floor was filthy, shower had soap scrub and hair. Would never recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay and will book again if needed.

Excellent breakfast. Get up at the time about it and you have a better choice. Staff is awesome Juan in particular@ the Arrowwood location. Was extremely helpful Expedia site didn't have correct information on the rose and one navigated the system and we had come all the way from New York to North Carolina under a stressful situation and he informed us later he had only been on the job less than a week and his professionalism and expertise was unparalleled. Also the housekeeping staff was awesome and extremely helpful. From the outside looking in you wouldn't have expected all of the above from first look. The room was huge, had everything a traveler would need and things a customer would have forgotten in haste, (i.e., toothbrush/paste) they were able to assist with those things, graciously. And tucked away with Fairfield, of all things was a Wendy's which was just a stone's throw away. ALL IN ALL- ⭐️AWESOME⭐️AWESOME ⭐️AWESOME ⭐️AWESOME ⭐️AWESOME!!! 5 STARS!!

Not very much parking pool was green and the rooms weren't that clean it's an older hotel
