Candlewood Suites Charlotte - Arrowood by IHG

The room was huge, which was great as there were five of us. We stayed two nights but really didn’t spend much time in the room as we came to go to Carowinds. One thing that was especially nice was we got about two hours away and my son realized he left his phone. I called the hotel and the woman at the desk either found it herself or had someone else find it and called me back to let me know so we were able to go back and get it. I really appreciated that. Everything was also acceptably clean and comfortable, the value for the price was great.

The room was very nice. Big and clean. I want to go back for a week

The Team was very welcoming and fantastic...

Pleasant

The room was acceptable for one night. Hallway and elevator dark and smelled bad.

Pleasant

Room was clean and staff was friendly.
