The entire lobby is under construction - not one mention of this during booking. There’s no tile, wires hanging from the wall, contractors have to stop their work and move for guests to go past. Horrible horrible experience. I work on construction, I was traveling to relax not feel like I’m on another job site. So disappointed. The breakfast was placed in a conference room, it was generally all unappealing. The only nice thing was the room.

It was a great place to stay the night. The lady at the front counter that night was so helpful and kind and nice. They are going through renovations, so I complete understand there was some things kinda messy. Great Stay

Overall, we were very grateful that the staff was able to move us from the 4th to the 2nd floor so we didn’t have to bring our bags up so many stairs with our kids in tow.

Lobby is under construction and elevator is down, but the room was perfect which is all I really care about so 5 stars

We luckily got a 1st floor room. Clearly the floors haven't been washed since the bicentennial. The bathroom mirror had one working light on the bottom, so you couldn't actually see yourself, so we had to get ready using the mirror in the room. The sofa wasn't a pull out bed, it was just a rock hard couch. You couldn't fit into the bathroom because the toilet is right in the doorway basically. However, we slept with our 4 kids just fine. The beds were clean and comfortable and the ones who got stuck on the couch did in fact survive. The breakfast was good too, so there's that! It did its job.

Staff was nice. The property was disgusting. They are going through renovations, which is understandable. However the rooms were not well kept. Bathrooms and rooms were not clean.

The staff was amazing the lady that checked me was so helpful interpersonal skills made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would stay agin just to be serviced by her. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay not many options. Overall it was a very nice stay

Beware!!! They are in the middle of construction that no one warns you about till you get there!! The elevator doesn’t work and they put older people on the 3rd floor.. People run the halls all hours of the night!! Horrible place left a day early because it was so bad.. Was offered no refund for any inconvenience only thing that was said was I’m sorry I know?!? Wow
-
The rooms were clean. The elevator was broken and the property was being renovated.
-
PS: I forget the fire in the laundry room and having to evacuate. People in robes at 6pm outside, terrible!! They need to close while under construction. This is unacceptable and highly dangerous.
-
Très propre. Le seul bémol c'est que nous avons manqué d'électricité a 2 reprises. Sinon c'est très bien.
-
Their was no warning of construction before booking booking the room

The hotel was having renovations in the lobby and the elevators didn’t work. I was disappointed/angry that Hotel.com/Expedia didn’t notify me about this. The WIFI wasn’t working.

The elevator was down but other than that my kids and I enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was also amazing. I will definitely be ask when I’m in town.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The elevator was out of service, and we were forced to carry extremely heavy luggage up to the 6th floor. Not only was this completely unacceptable, but the staff didn't even offer an apology. Several other guests were demanding refunds because they physically could not manage the stairs. Had it not been midnight and had we not been exhausted after traveling all the way from California, we would have demanded our money back as well. To make matters worse, the construction workers remodeling the hotel appeared to be hanging around the parking lot and then causing disturbances on our floor at 3:00 AM by knocking on doors and running away. Being woken up in the middle of the night because of behavior like that is outrageous. As if that weren't enough, a massive cockroach showed up in our room and was actually trying to get into our luggage. Finding a roach in a hotel room is disgusting and completely unacceptable. The final insult was breakfast. Every hot item was cold—the eggs, the bacon, and the potatoes. Nothing about this stay met even the most basic expectations. Between the broken elevator, lack of concern from staff, late-night disturbances, cockroach infestation, and cold breakfast, this hotel failed on every level. We will absolutely never return and would strongly discourage anyone else from staying here.

Was doing renovations and the elevator wasn’t working and the entrance smelled bad they also charged a $300 deposit that I wasn’t aware off until I got there so I didn’t spend the night there.

staff was very nice room was nice elevator being out

The elevator wasn't working and the desk clerk lied and stated that she offered a refund before checking and did not...Expedia customer service was the WORST as I kept getting the run around...The manager at the hotel was very professional and helpful...they are lucky to have her as an employee
