Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Charlotte Arrowood by IHG

Facilities were clean. Stag was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

I like how clean and how big the room was it was spacious it was nice it was comfortable and I will be back to stay again It wasn't too much that I didn't like just when I was watching the TV that was on the right hand side in front of the sitting area it went out the Wi-Fi went off of it and didn't work no more because the other TV that was watching football and I had it on watching another movie but other than that it was okay

Location and bed was comfortable Room wasn’t clean and fridge didn’t work

Good

Room was decent.. Not decent enough for the price they charge you.. the hotel is located in a rough area, lots of people just hanging around outside the hotel area watching you. There was stains on my bed sheets, and a dead roach near the toilet in the bathroom..

Good

Clean room friendly staff standard holiday inn breakfast

The facility was nice and clean and breakfast was excellent. The staff was very rude when you asked For basic help it was like you were annoying them.

Superb

We had a quick overnight stay before heading to the airport. The front staff was very pleasant and made sure we had a to go breakfast bag for us in the morning since we had to leave before breakfast started. The room was large, clean, and very functional. We always enjoy our stay with Holiday Inn Express and missed the hot breakfast but the go bag was very nice. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The room was very clean, and had plenty of space. They provide a breakfast each morning, and it was very good. I would definitely stay here again

Checked in and immediately cancelled within 10 minutes. This location was not appealing upon arrival but tried to give it a chance I went up to my room it smelled like mold/ mildew. You can tell this hotel is not properly ventilated

The location, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, and the coffee. I had a pleasant stay! The hotel is dated. Some upgrades would be great!

Very good

Overwhelming smell of bleach throughout the lobby and room. Only stayed one night and hardly got any sleep because of the chemical smells from cleaners

Other than that...OK

It was clean, rooms were big, breakfast was good

A special thank you to Mrs. Roslynn, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. We were staying because my mom had to undergo a liver transplant, and the kindness and support we received made an incredibly stressful time a little easier. We are truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was wonderful. The front desk staff was amazing, kind, and very accommodating. When the air conditioner in one of our rooms began leaking, they responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of.
