Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

We loved everything, comfortable beds nice bathrooms but especially the free hot breakfast and supper. The entire staff was excellent. The only downside was having heard the dogs barking down the halls at all hours. Should be kept to one certain floor. I don’t mind pets but don’t want to sleep with them

We were really surprised at the quality and variety of kick-back dinners they offered. One night was Mexican with fajitas and street corn, there was a pasta dish with grilled chicken and marinara, and hot dogs with steamed buns seemed to be always available. If there was one thing that could have improved our stay it would have been the air conditioning, which seemed to struggle to keep things as cool as we prefer. Being from Maine, we like it quite cool.

The lady from Chicago is the best! The lady with the beautiful gray ponytail is the best too.

The stay was good. The daily reception was definitely a plus and pool access. Food options were great as well. The only issue I had was not having running water in my room and water coming out brown as well. It was fixed after about an hour.

I really liked staying here. Everyone was helpful and friendly when checking in and out. The beds are super soft and aren't stiff like most hotel rooms. I also liked that they had popcorn downstairs to take. They also served dinner at 5:30, which was pretty yummy and we got two complimentary drinks with it each. Slept in so I didn't see the breakfast but I'm sure it was just as good. We definitely will be back when we return to Charlotte soon.

The staff was super friendly and the property was very clean. They offer breakfast and an evening dinner included in the price of your room, which is amazing. We had hoped for a more comfier bed, but it wasn’t horrible and we still slept. We would stay again.

Everything was excellent we enjoy are time there. We did not had a chance to eat breakfast because of are scheduled but the restaurant had 10 out 10 food was delicious with tried the pizza, BBQ wing and the chocolate cookie with vanilla ice-cream so good...

Great place. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were lovely. Place was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend. The only reason i didn't give a perfect review was we had to go chasing around blankets and towels. Housekeeping should come daily.

The continental meals were wonderful

We stayed one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. My kids said the pool was cold. The baked potatoes at the managers reception were very good. They ran out of many soda flavors which was disappointing. I feel that many people eating the food were not customers of the hotel. It seemed very crowded and the staff had a hard time keeping everything filled. Not sure how I feel about staying at the Drury. My daughter loved the popcorn and the room was clean.

Perhaps the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. And we loved the included happy hour and breakfast. Great for our 19 person group.
