Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

Two thumbs up for me and my husband honestly. ;)

Can’t speak anymore highly of this hotel. Allowed us to check in early, awesome free food, free happy hour drinks, clean, super friendly staff, great price, just a great experience and we will be back!

This place was great. Super clean, the food was great, housekeeping daily, POPCORN!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Staff was great. The “Kickback” reception was so appreciated. I did use the pool but it’s great to know it’s there. Also having a small restaurant bar on property when there’s not much else around is great. Loved the popcorn and the availability of coffee. Again, staff was wonderful!

The hotel was good and the staff nice. The breakfast and dinner was ok. The area is nice and quiet

It was a very nice establishment staff was so friendly and my dogs even enjoyed there little vacation they had a nice bar n breakfast we found out at checkout that they did kickback every day. One thing I will say when we checked in they gave us a nice goody bag and told us happy anniversary it was so sweet. Everyone that stayed was so friendly also so was really family orientated.

Everything was great! Clean room, staff were amazing and breakfast was good.

We had a great stay! The meal kickbacks were super good, everything was nice and clean. Staff was fantastic!

Clean Room and the staff was very helpful

Staff and property amazing

We just love this place. Always a clean room, this time our room was a lot bigger too. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was complimentary as well.

Quiet Safe

Usual excellent expected stay! Thanks!

Bar area was nice Not opening until 5 on Sunday was weird with NFL Football on

We had a wonderful stay. Felt more like a quick vacation then a work trip. Very clean. Folks super helpful. Great breakfast, real breakfast, not that fake stuff in some hotels. Relax after work? Yes please with 2 free drinks and a little food. Yesterday was Fajita night. 😊.

My room was super clean and was pretty spacious so it didn’t feel cluttered at all. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and overall great service all around. Loved taking advantage of all the amenities like the free breakfast and dinner. Helped me save a lot of money on my trip. The free parking was extra convenient too. The TV was nice as I was able to use my PS5 to get some of my games done for streaming on my social media platforms. From the gym to the pool, everything was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend and will go there again with my girlfriend on our next trip together.

For being an older building I can tell they do their best to maintain cleanliness. Staff were super friendly I can tell they are known for hospitality. Keep up the good work!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It’s conveniently located 15 mins away from the airport with easy access to the main roads/highways. They have a wonderful breakfast and dinner service that’s included with your stay as well.

Will stay again!
