Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

First time stay… and it was very nice. Breakfast and dinner were great. The ladies who checked us in and out were awesome! Special thanks to the staff member who checked me in… she got the map and gave me ideas of what to do and directions! Would definitely stay again ❤️

The Drury Inn is my go to place to stay because it’s always a great time the food drinks and the hospitality is amazing the staff comes around and ask if you’re ok or if you need anything definitely a great place to visit breakfast popcorn as a snack a full meal plus two drinks per adult a bang for your buck

This was our first day at a Drury Inn, and we will definitely be back! Such a pleasant surprise. The property was very nicely designed and decorated our room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful from Tamika, our front desk receptionist to Florence, the manager and Jin a customer service rep.We were also very surprised. That they provided a free dinner, which was such a treat after 12 hours in the car. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to my friends and family and to you as well. Hope you enjoy your stay there!

My family and I LOVE staying at the Drury Inn brand. My teen neice and daughter stayed over the July 4th weekend so I could relax in the hot tub and they could enjoy swimming. With the complimentary kick off dinner and buffet breakfast everyday, I spent the weekend not having to cook and was able to just enjoy our time together. The room was beautiful and such a great value for the money. I stumbled onto Drury hotels 8 years ago by accident and they are always my go to when traveling. Outstanding staff, amenities, and you won't break the bank staying. I actually drove over an hour out of the way just to stay at Drury and I'll do it again! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast and dinner (and 2 drinks) provided were a huge bonus, but certain times were quite crowded. Pool was great for kids but crowded in evenings.

If you traveling late , you cannot get the complimentary drinks in which several people arrive late at least give them one I had to call down to get a blankett on the bed got a very thin blanket and she stated that's all they had , breakfast food was okay wasn't the best they should have had fresh fruit out there, flavor creamer for the coffee and a few more options for the cost of the hotel it seems as if it would have had better breakfast.

It was our very first time staying at the Drury Hotel brand. This hotel totally took us by surprise in service, quality and standard. The buffet breakfast and light dinner was great, followed by a free alcoholic beverage during the dinner service. The selection and quality was great! All employees were extremely welcoming and attentive. The front desk personnel upgraded us to a larger room free of charge. My family would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back some other time. If they had a bigger gym then it would have exceeded my expectations.

Location not bad but facilities were dated and gym could use some major help. Felt like we were in the 90’s.
