WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Charlotte - Arrowood

The rooms are much more dated and dirty than pictures online. Our room looked like someone had been living in it for 2 weeks and moved out like the same day we got there. Dishes in the dishwasher dirty, big gulp in the fridge, upholstery on furniture was filthy. Couldn’t even sit on it.

Was great for our stay for Carowinds. Wasn’t much in the kitchen to use but we didn’t cook there anyways

The property was nice. I really took pleasure in having a washer and dryer in my room one bedroom suite, but the furniture was dirty in the room and out of the room. I probably will not stay there again due to that reason and they had a few roaches in and out of the room

Smells like cigarettes in the rooms and not really that clean

Hotel needs help room was not clean at all trash all around room bathroom was not clean ask for them clean it they said don’t have no one clean it so I had clean the room up for my kids and wife want stay there no more

The upholstered furniture in the main living areas was visibly soiled and appeared unhygienic, making it unusable for the duration of our stay. The presence of such prominent stains and general grime on seating meant we could not comfortably relax in the suite. The bathrooms were inadequately prepared. Neither bathroom was equipped with a functional trash receptacle, a fundamental amenity. More alarmingly, we were provided with only a partially used roll of toilet paper, which is both unhygienic and insufficient for guest use. In the kitchen, the toaster was not only unclean but also completely inoperable, indicating a lack of proper appliance inspection and maintenance. We discovered a broken door handle. It is particularly frustrating that these issues were present upon our arrival. Such fundamental oversights should have been identified and rectified by housekeeping or maintenance staff prior to guest occupancy. Expecting guests to report a litany of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and amenity failures immediately upon check-in suggests a significant lapse in quality control. This experience fell far short of expected standards for accommodation. I hope you will take these significant concerns seriously and initiate a thorough review of your property's.

First 2 rooms they gave me was dirty

Floors were dirty, the furniture was soiled, the main TV was not working properly- problems with connections and non working remotes (2 missing as well.)

You go on my TikTok at Yourlina3 you will see exactly what I mean when I say this hotel was extremely nasty. The hotel had rugs that look like it had blood on it. The chairs were dirty. The staff at checkout was atrocious. Never again. I am a real person.

It smelled like animal urine in the lobby hallways hot room furniture dirty bedding and towels had hair on them. The room was clean and convenient.

I book a stay on experia and was rejected when I got to the front disk. What kind of hotel do not rent to locals?
