The staff was nice, however the room was not very clean.

This Was the best hotel I have ever stayed in the staff was very kind and helpful. Very Polite and attended to my every need. The grill in the backyard was amazing.And also the fire pit. No loud noise in a very clean facility. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.I recommend everyone stay here

They canceled our paid stay on the same day we were scheduled to check in. Instead of calling us, they sent us an email, which we couldn’t look at because we were traveling. Very disappointed

The rooms were the most disgusting I have ever seen, the furniture was so stained and gross, chairs, couches, floors were dirty, toilets barely flush, no dishes or anything to use in the kitchen. We had to change rooms because they put us in a dirty room with dirty dishes in the dishwasher that had clearly been there for a while. The second room was only slightly better. The sheets on the bed had air all over them from previous use. We tried to touch as minimal surfaces as possible while there. We even searched the bed for bed bugs because we were scared. The building smelled like fish, some people live there and some rooms are rented it seems. Do not recommend at all.

Your staff was very helpful but your facility was very poor. The couch, chairs and bed were significantly dirty, worn and stained. The walls were dirty.The faucet in the bathroom was very loose. The garbage in the bathroom was not empty and there were used sanitary pads inside. I took pictures of the same. Finally the room smells of smoke.

The only true positives were that the young lady that checked me in, and out was very delightful, and accommodating. and the bed was very comfortable.

This stay was terrible. Let’s start with the cleanliness of the room. When we entered the first thing we saw was the soiled couches, chairs, and dinning room furniture. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times, but did not get an answer. When I went downstairs, the receptionist informed me that all the rooms had soiled furniture. She accommodated me with a sheet upon request to cover the furniture. My family and I then attempted to get as comfortable as possible by watching tv, but the television would not connect to the internet. I again tried calling with no response. When I went back downstairs, the same receptionist told me she was unaware of the problem and that her devices were working fine. She told me that she would inform maintenance, but I wouldn’t receive help until the following day. When I asked for a manager, she told me that the manager was not in and that she was unaware of who would be on staff due to change in management. The following day, I asked the new receptionist for assistance with the internet and she called maintenance. Maintenance came to my room and informed me that the internet was working fine, but the television did not work because it wasn’t the hotels property. Throughout our stay we saw small roaches in the bathrooms and kitchen. Definitely would not recommend this stay. Also, keep in mind that this is a apartment/hotel. So there are regular residents who live here.

This place was a complete catfish! The room was disgusting. Stains on the mattress topper, stains on the sheets, stains on the curtains, stuff on the walls, hair on the shampoo bottles in the shower, dishes dirty in the cabinets. And people visibly doing drugs in the parking lot.

Solo traveler first time in Charlotte. Check-In was smooth. Initial appearance of the property was well received although it seemed very warm as if there were a few HVAC issues or the system couldn’t keep up with extreme temperatures outside. My room was on the 4th floor. The elevator had a strange noise once it gets to the 4th floor like it’s on its last leg. Upon entering the room you could tell some TLC was needed in regard to cleaning as if the cleaning crew rushed to clean. Considering it’s an extended stay some of the furniture most definitely needs deep cleaning or replacing. Every few hours had to change the temp of the room as the thermostat automatically resets to 80 degrees. Overall nice place but wouldn’t stay again.
