Per their website, they state their fees for dogs staying at the property.

I cannot comment on actual property since we couldn’t stay there.

Room was clean, staff was helpful

This place was a complete catfish! The room was disgusting. Stains on the mattress topper, stains on the sheets, stains on the curtains, stuff on the walls, hair on the shampoo bottles in the shower, dishes dirty in the cabinets. And people visibly doing drugs in the parking lot.

Solo traveler first time in Charlotte. Check-In was smooth. Initial appearance of the property was well received although it seemed very warm as if there were a few HVAC issues or the system couldn’t keep up with extreme temperatures outside. My room was on the 4th floor. The elevator had a strange noise once it gets to the 4th floor like it’s on its last leg. Upon entering the room you could tell some TLC was needed in regard to cleaning as if the cleaning crew rushed to clean. Considering it’s an extended stay some of the furniture most definitely needs deep cleaning or replacing. Every few hours had to change the temp of the room as the thermostat automatically resets to 80 degrees. Overall nice place but wouldn’t stay again.

The check in process was smooth and easy the room was well kept will be staying here again in the near future

When I first arrived, I noticed a wasp nest on the balcony, the bedroom door was hanging on by a few screws, a ding in the other door and we were promised cooking ware, we received a frying pan and lids to pots that we didn’t have. Overall my stay was satisfactory, the morning shift clerk was extremely helpful, other shifts not as helpful. Would I stay again, not sure, even though it’s very close to everything you may need, like restaurant and other stores.

As soon as we entered the room, we noticed it was extremely hot. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room, so I had to use my personal cell phone to contact the front desk. A staff member came to the room and attempted to adjust the thermostat, but the temperature never improved. We also informed him that we had found roaches in the room. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, he told us that “Charlotte has been having problems with roaches,” which was an unacceptable explanation and did not inspire confidence. He then picked up one of the roaches from the floor and took it with him, saying he wanted to show management. The room itself was spacious, but that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The lack of a functioning air conditioner, the presence of roaches, and the absence of a room phone reflected poor maintenance and housekeeping. We expected a clean, comfortable, and well maintained room, especially for the price we paid, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Cleanliness and guest comfort should be top priorities, and neither was adequately addressed during our stay. I would not recommend this property.

I was not aware that this was a live & stay hotel. I felt like I was in a crack house. The 2nd building was not maintained. There were crackheads in the hotel, it smelled like urine, huge cockroaches were coming out of the elevator, the elevator shakes when you rode. To top it off my sister had a bedbug on her pillow. Unacceptable, this place should be closed down. I immediately called the front desk and was put on hold twice. I slept in my car, I was there for the Usher & Chris Brown concert.

The air conditioning did not work properly, and there was a strong smell of smoke and marijuana throughout the property. People were also hanging outside very late at night, which made the environment uncomfortable. One of my biggest concerns was the amount of dog hair throughout the room, along with a noticeable pet odor. I am highly allergic to dogs, so this was especially concerning and made my stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the furniture, odors, and lack of comfort made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay at this location again and cannot recommend it to others.

Ni siquiera nos dejaron entrar ya que la encargada en el front desk nos dijo que no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre fue una experiencia horrible

Nothing

They oversold the rooms. I paid in full for 4 rooms. When we arrived the receptionist said they were sold out and we’d have to find somewhere else to stay.

Staff was nice but the hotel isn't a place you would wanna stay if you were in town for a night. More of a place you live when in hard times. Cardboard in the windows

I didn't get to stay there because my reservations had been canceled. Upon my arrival I went to the desk to check in and was told that the manager had sold my rooms. I had driven almost 700 miles from Michigan and was presented with this. I am very disappointed and will probably never use Hotels.com again.

Upon arrival guests were shooting fireworks into the courtyard from a balcony. When we walked into our room we were greeted by a cockroach crawling on the counter. The couch was absolutely disgusting cigarette burns all over the furniture. Room smelled of smoke. You get what you pay for that’s forsure. Check in took longer than we stayed. Ended up leaving and booking another room elsewhere the sweep girl at the desk was amazing. She was helpful and very understanding and very nice.
