WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Charlotte - Arrowood

Staff at the front desk was quite rude and unhelpful. There was a young lady particularly who worked on Sunday,July 5th around 4:30pm and was not nice. She even used bad language. I will not recommend anyone coming to this place and expect good or even fair customer service.

Lobby rreked of smoke and weed.

The couch was full of stains, need to get replaced

broken elevators, people living in the lobby in the middle of the night, no ac in the hallways, dirty hallway floors with stains and trash, stairwells that smell like vinegar, a room with disgustingly stained and dirty furniture, unclean sheets, bed bug bite blood stains on the sheets, offensive cat urine odor, and a refusal to offer a refund from both wyndham and expedia

The room's upholstery was very dirty in room 216. The room also smelled like marijuana.

The room is reasonable for the price.

Once we entered our room, the condition was completely unacceptable. The bedsheets were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been properly changed. There was leftover trash from previous guests, hair left in the shower, tape stuck to the ceiling, and multiple sticky substances on both the floor and the curtains. These conditions made it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The most concerning issue was the pest infestation. During our stay, we encountered a total of five roaches inside the room. This is not only unsanitary but also completely unacceptable for any paying guest. We brought these concerns to the hotel’s attention, yet we were not offered another room or an adequate solution to resolve the situation. We paid with the expectation of staying in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Instead, we experienced conditions that fell far below reasonable hospitality standards. The lack of cleanliness, presence of pests, and failure to provide an alternative room significantly impacted our stay and caused unnecessary stress and discomfort.

Plenty of hotels near Carowinds that aren’t repulsive - stay at one of those.

Very dirty. The couches had stains, the sheets had stains and hair as well as the towels, the hallways and stairs had a lot of trash and dirt all over the place, we woke up to ants in the kitchen.

I'm very upset they canceled my stay the day of my stay I didnt find out until I was at the hotel.

The only positive element of my experience was the General Manager Cameron’s attitude and assistance, which was helpful to an extent. But unfortunately my stay overall was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend anyone stay at this property for their safety and enjoyment.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly impacted my experience. There were roaches in the room, which is unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. We were changed to a separate room which presented its own issues. The bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly, making it difficult to use properly. Additionally, the A/C unit only worked partially, leaving the room uncomfortable and difficult to cool adequately.

Great stay no complaints

We, 5 adults, stayed overnight on our way to Richmond. We booked a 3 bedroom unit and they gave our room away. We ended up in a 2 bedroom unit and the 5th adult sleeping on the couch. The front desk could only provide one sheet and no pillow for the person on the couch. Overall, the hotel is fine to stay at. Plates and pots available and only 4 spoons.

Rude staff

The handicapped accessible doors don’t work and you have to really pull very very hard to get the doors open

Stains everywhere on the couch and walls. No cutlery or water bottles or soap. Place smelled like cigarettes and people coming and going all night in the parking lot
