Room was not cleaned, there was ripped old clothes under the sink, toe nails and hair across the floor. The shower floor was still wet and smelled terrible. I did not get the chance to check out the gym, but the room quality is very poor.

My daughter’s flight was delayed and when her team arrived late, their rooms had been given away despite several attempts to call the hotel to notify them. No one answered. Even more concerning, I left my room for a few hours Saturday and returned to find my door ajar. Inside was a cup of soda spilled across the floor, with the cup, lid and straw left behind. It was not mine. Someone had clearly been in my room, yet the front desk showed no concern and said no one could help because housekeeping did not work weekends. I was even refused extra towels to clean it up because extra towels are not policy. I finally asked for a mop and was handed one without a bucket. The employee was rude and dismissive and actually told me he didn’t care because he had given his notice and wouldn’t be working there much longer. I cleaned up as best I could, packed my belongings and checked out a night early because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I was told I would not be refunded for the unused night. A basic hotel is one thing. Finding your room unsecured and evidence someone entered it, followed by complete indifference from staff, is entirely different. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean. The hotel was exactly like picture which is rare. The staff at the front desk was helpful. Just note if you are checking out at before 9am no staff will be there. Just a suggestion place the key drop off in the front of the reception desk before you pull down the stutters. But other than that I enjoyed my quick quiet stay. I will use them again

As far as woodspring suites and low cost extended stays go, this property is at the top of the list. New building, very well maintained. Staff is very professional. Its in a corporate office park so that guest quality is leveled up.

This hotel is giving Motel 6 at an Embassy Suites Rate!! Our room smell like a very dirty mop the whole time and then on top of that when we walked in it was humid! The smell didn’t leave our whole stay. The elevator was broken so I repeatedly had to take the steps in heels. They only have 3 irons and they were all rented out and the shower wasn’t clean as I would have liked. I barely wanted to sleep in the bed. I paid way too much to have this experience!! My husband and I both agreed on this and will never stay here again. Don’t waste your money!

The hotel was nice looking, seemed to be set up more like college dorms but spacious. Not much of a view if anyone is looking because it sits in a business district. Checking in was easy however I was charge an extra $10 outside of my booking with Expedia and the front clerk said they always charge extra. I was confused but handed over my payment anyway because I was there for a concert. The room was clean but you had to ask for everything like iron and ironing board and when I did ask the other clerk working said they only had a few within the hotel for check out so he wasn’t sure if any were available. I ended getting one thankfully but nothing overall about the hotel just made me want to stay again. The elevator broke down the night of check in and still was not fixed the day we left. We stayed Friday through Sunday. Some of the other guest were upset and said they called and the lady upfront told them no one could come out any time soon then another guest said the same lady told her they were coming out in a few hours. Needless to say everyone from the time I got there until the end had to bring their luggage up and down the stairs well. We were in the 4th floor so that was a job to tote it all but we got through it. People kept spilling drinks in the stair well that housekeeping seemed not to clean up so fast. Overall I wasn’t impressed but I can see how this hotel would be fitting for people who are in town strictly for business. No amenities beside a work out room.

It was ok.

The overall stay was the worst the good shower was the about the best, the floors were not clean bed not comfortable and what it was sitting on keep sliding every time you get on it. No iron, no ironing board, not enough pillows, no extra blanket, no extra towels or wash clothes, thank goodness I brought my own. And hand to buy my own bathroom tissue and paper towels because no extra towels to wipe your hands. Elevator wasn’t working and the staff lady was nice the front desk closes at 10 so if it was something you needed you out of luck worst stay. I personally would not be going back or refer anyone. My worst stay experience will not be returning.
-
Good location and decent price. The internet was free only for several hours I guess which was surprising. Also, the elevator was not working.
-
Clean and nice staff. Very helpful in all aspects of my stay.
-
The front desk representative Nicholas was very nice and professional. My only issue was the “Elevator” was “Not Working”. I was on the fourth floor this visit. The Assistant General Manager told me that Corporate was aware that the elevator wasn’t working since Friday of last week.

I got my booking went to hotel no Room!!!and I have written notes from the hotel saying no Room available ( my Question how you booked Room when is no Room?
-
Elevator was broken and had to walk up and down the stairs to the 4th floor during my entire stay. The room didn’t have any tissue, iron or ironing board, ice was completely out in the entire hotel. Only had one set of towels and when called to ask for more I was advice I have to use what I have then take what I used down to the desk to ask for more and use the stairs back up to my room! I had to go back and forth up and down a flight of stairs multiple times just to get basic amenities that should have already been in the room.

Clean rooms
-
Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

When I booked the room, it did not say much about it being more like an apartment than a hotel. There was no coffee or toiletries in the bathroom. There was nothing in the little kitchen to use. Otherwise the room was a great size and clean.
