The front desk ppl were cool. The rooms was not what i expected.The floor was dirty in both rooms, wash clothes dirty, not sanitary at all, and bathroom was dirty. Running back and forth between 4th and 2nd floor, just to make sure things were clean, I was not happy with my stay

Location Very loud, very noisy neighbors. From next door and up above. Accused of noise coming from our room.

Elevator was broken had a walk four flights of stairs to get to my room. The bed was a folding bed, a cot, very uncomfortable.

How close it is once you get into Charlotte from I-77 South The rude receptionist, the elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor, no soap dispensers in the shower. Limited amount of towels.

There was nothing to like. I'd never stay there again. There wasnt even any coffee in the lobby or a coffe pot in the room. If you wanted coffee you had to buy a coffee pot for 30$ Then there wasnt even a showr curtain in the bathroom or a standatd blow dryer. The bed was one that you see at a shelter. There was a mini stove but if you wanted to cook you also had to purchase the pots snd pans. Had I not been soo tired I would have requested a refund and left. I would never stay again even if it was a free night.

I love the property. In a great location. How clean it was. Still had that NEW smell.

My stay is always good. Nick, Molly the GM and Assistant Gm everyone is so friendly.

Room was not cleaned, there was ripped old clothes under the sink, toe nails and hair across the floor. The shower floor was still wet and smelled terrible. I did not get the chance to check out the gym, but the room quality is very poor.

There was no overnight staff. Did not have very many amenities. Room wasn't completely clean (dirty washcloth still in bathroom).

Be sure to spray for spiders other than that everything was perfect My daughter found a spider on the foot towel

It was a nice size, clean and the price wasent bad at all . Only have one elevator

No Worries

My daughter’s flight was delayed and when her team arrived late, their rooms had been given away despite several attempts to call the hotel to notify them. No one answered. Even more concerning, I left my room for a few hours Saturday and returned to find my door ajar. Inside was a cup of soda spilled across the floor, with the cup, lid and straw left behind. It was not mine. Someone had clearly been in my room, yet the front desk showed no concern and said no one could help because housekeeping did not work weekends. I was even refused extra towels to clean it up because extra towels are not policy. I finally asked for a mop and was handed one without a bucket. The employee was rude and dismissive and actually told me he didn’t care because he had given his notice and wouldn’t be working there much longer. I cleaned up as best I could, packed my belongings and checked out a night early because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I was told I would not be refunded for the unused night. A basic hotel is one thing. Finding your room unsecured and evidence someone entered it, followed by complete indifference from staff, is entirely different. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean. The hotel was exactly like picture which is rare. The staff at the front desk was helpful. Just note if you are checking out at before 9am no staff will be there. Just a suggestion place the key drop off in the front of the reception desk before you pull down the stutters. But other than that I enjoyed my quick quiet stay. I will use them again
