There were two light switches by the door but only the one with a label of Master did anything. What it did was turn on the main light AND the fan. I couldn't have that light on without the fan. Believe me, I tried. I can only assume the fan is to block the sound from the rooms next door; when the fan was off I could hear my neighbor burp. Thankfully my neighbors were otherwise pretty quiet. I went outside to make a personal call so I wouldn't disturb them (it was after midnight) or have them overhear my conversation. All the money that goes in to building these hotels but they won't put some sound proofing between the walls? Seems very shortsighted. But I guess there's the fan to block out the noise... if I wanted to sleep with the light on.

Bed mattress and pillows not comfortable and A/C not working properly. I'll never ever stay there again, no matter what how clean was the room or how nice the staff was. Also they are under Extended Stay America because they don't provide you with kitchen stuff, like pots , silverware and a toaster. They should have a person 24/7 in that property to address all isues.

It was not a good experience and this will be the first and last time I will stay. 1:30am we were woken up by the fire alarm because I assume someone was smoking in their room and took 30-40 mins to get back in building. Got zero sleep.
-
The room was dirty and well cleaned. And at 1:30 am the alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. We had to stay outside for 30 minutes before it was clear to go inside. Overall it was a terrible experience.

The price was decent and it was a good location It was kind of loud during the evening time and before I went to bed it was loud
-
I loved how modern and nice it was. Inside and out our room! I didn’t like how the doors in all of the room didn’t have soft closing doors. People didn’t hold the door to close it; they let it swing close and it was really loud.

It was clean No hair dryers, bed was not very comfortable

The attendant that checked us in on 5/25 @ 3:00 was super sweet, helped us every way she could with questions we had and where things were at the hotel and away. No ice machines, need better blankets on the beds although rooms were clean spot on. Suggestions of putting some type of coffee maker in each room, with coffee ECT, sodas in machine down stairs was hot and with no ice we had to stick them in the freezer of the fridge in our room for a while to get them cold enough to drink who wants hot sodas when it's hot outside, and place someone at the desk at 6:00am so people traveling can leave there's no lock box for key cards I slid my cards under the draw door at the counter, I didn't just want to leave them sitting there and someone go vandalize the room we would of been responsible for.

Customer service Several Missing items
-
It was affordable Very noisy, heard people walking around and doors slamming all night
-
The location We did not have cable for the first night and they don’t serve continental breakfast and the WiFi code didn’t work. Staff is barely at the desk when you need them. No housekeeping daily only weekly.
-
It is a newer hotel. It is an extended stay hotel. It didn’t feel like we were at an actual hotel for some reason. We stayed here for the Coca Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Bed was comfortable. The rooms have a laminate Hardwood look floor. It appeared that the entire room was not mopped thoroughly. When you got in the shower it was black coming off your feet.. awful! I did take some toilet paper and wetted and wiped the floor is was completely Black! The floor has not been cleaned in a while. I don’t want to be walking on stuff from other guest. That’s nasty!
-
I like how they got were you got too use a Key too get inside the building N/A
-
Quick check in process
-
Very clean! Great staff! No ice, coffee maker, or hairdryer..
-
The room was clean just the floor seemed like it was sticky I think it’s what they use to clean the floors
-
There was no one around at all after 9. The door handle to get into the side door was completely missing and people were propping open the door so it felt unsafe.

Nice stay
