Comfort Suites University - Research Park

The front desk person was very polite an helpful, but when we go to our room we noticed the bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the tub and around the drain. The phone was not even hooked up or working. The TV also, was not working and the counter areas were sticky. That room was not cleaned. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were moved to a different room that was better but we will not be stay at this hotel again.

Front desk staff was on personal phone all the time. Room had stains on carpets. Breakfast was old and nasty. Hotel needed over all updates.

We stayed at this property on July 31-August 2! This was just a quick getaway for the weekend and this will be my first and last time staying at this property! The microwave was disgusting and not cleaned properly! There was food still in a bag from a fast food restaurant that had mold all over it and torn bed comforters! The hallways were hot and there is a$100 deposit for incidentals. Not a bad stay for the weekend but I will stay somewhere else for the next trip!

The room was clean, parking was easy. The area itself wasnt great outside. There were several loitering people. But inside the hotel was ok.

Pool should have been closed. Concrete chipped at the bottom, side cracked and there was algae. Totally unusable and possibly a health hazard.

Definitely not a family hotel. Pool was green with debris, free breakfast was inedible, tub in room was clogged, parking area was scary, staff was uninterested in helping, other travelers were just as unimpressed. Ice machine was on the top floor and only 1 working. Zero vending machines, but a "market", at front desk, was available. Prices were ridiculous. I could list more issues, but I feel like these are enough... I will not ever stay there again. Travelers beware!

the front desk young lady was very nice everything else paid for a spa tub and it was peeling paint and dirty.....the jets didnt work either ....the room smelled like smoke

The staff was great. Check in was easy. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet environment to relax.

The room was dirty. Did not get a good relaxing feel in the room. When I told the front desk girl, she cared less and was not interested to even listen to me or help switch the room. I will not come back here again even if they offer me a free night stay.

Great location ‍The roomwas not cleaned on a daily basis, even after i requested on my second day for the staff at the reception for cleaning. ‍Not much option for breakfast

Changed rooms. That one was not much better Guest bathroom 4 stalls had no toilet paper, towels or soap.

Mixed review after visiting this hotel for the 4th time. Pros- It is located in a very convenient

No working ice machines in the hotel. A/C didn’t work, had to change rooms.
