Room was rented with no AC caused the carpet to become wet. Had to move the next day to room that wasn’t acceptable. When it comes to traveling with two teenage daughters and my boyfriend. First room we had was a king suit with a separate sitting area. We were moved to a room with king bed and the pull out couch was right next to the bed. We were only offered a $50 discount. Packing up and moving to another room that wasn’t what we booked was very disappointing.

Clean, basic hotel room. Toilet paper and bath fixtures rusty, in disrepair. Poor shower water pressure. Hallways were very hot, despite mini split acs. Bed was hard. Ok for a night's sleep.

The hotel overall was clean, but my room the cold portion of the AC unit did not work most of the units in the hotel we’re out of service so most of them didn’t blow cold. All three ice machines were out of service and I stayed at this hotel a couple of times and overall it’s been good, but this particular time was not very good at all.

The room was fine. I did notice pests as soon as I walked out of the front sliding door. I was bitten by mosquitos by the pool and breakfast was not appealing, which would deter me from choosing this hotel again. The staff was helpful though.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were clean. The AC worked. Breakfast was good. Definitely will return as a customer.
