It was convenient to my job The staff was rude and they treat there guest like they don’t care

On the bottom floor on the. Dert constantly blew in through the crack in the door and the floor with ooze of a brown stain from the plastic wood grain tile whenever the floor was wet, staining my socks or my feet or both. my constant battle with gnats and mosquitoes was a daily chore. not enough Lighting in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The staff was the best part about the hotel; and not responsible for design flaws made by corporate management.

The size of the fridge The wifi never worked. The water was turned off for almost 2 days. When it came back on it was only cold water. So they then had to cut it off again for the 2nd day. Only provide towels and 1 roll of toilet paper once as well as maid service. When complained about wifi got no help. It was a waste of money.

They took my money on Friday and put me out Saturday and didn't refund me my money $425 for a week and they said u gotta leave but we not doing a refund. That's a bunch of BS but Imma holla at corporate because somebody gone do something.

This place is nasty has bugs roaches an beetles all inside room used wash clothes left in room, no towels or toilet paper provided during stay, staff is rude an unprofessional, overall I was so disgusted with a “premium” room waste of money an very unsanitary rooms look nothing like what is shown on the website

The price and location were good. The noise and the bugs. These extended stays need to do better with their pest control. The bugs didn't show until the 2nd day and we went to get roach traps and 2 traps caught over 30 bugs.

Cheap room Smells really hit the moment you go into the room, had the bathroom fan on the whole time, it took 5days for the smell to start to calm down
