Friendly staff, convenient location

The room was very clean, and the area was safe. The staff was nice and very friendly. The area was close to food and a grocery store. My overall experience was great. I was trying to get a better deal if I stayed longer, but was unable to speak to anyone. Previously, I had talked to Irma, and she was very friendly and helpful

The day staff was kind. However, I booked for a week and I was ready to go by the first night. There was a Roach issue, I wouldn’t even eat in my room because of how bad it was. There was roaches crawling on the bed. And they are closed on Sunday so I couldn’t get the proper help. The community felt safe to me. But there isn’t any amenities except for washing machine. This is a place where you have to really take care of yourself like as if you were at an apartment. You have to take out your own trash and if your towels are dirty you have to wash them yourself. House keeping is only on fridays . I checked in on Friday and I checked out on Friday, so that means no house keeping for me. It should be more often since the amount of roaches and bugs. They are very short staffed as well. I hope they get more workers to help. The after hour attendant was helpful yet rude. I am a tiny lady in my 20s and needed help I felt stereotyped. Overall, I regret booking as long as I did. But thankful I had somewhere to stay for the week I was there.

The wifi is very weak and cuts off at will. It would have been a better value between $38 to $43 per night. On the bottom floor on the. Dert constantly blew in through the crack in the door and the floor with ooze of a brown stain from the plastic wood grain tile whenever the floor was wet, staining my socks or my feet or both. my constant battle with gnats and mosquitoes was a daily chore. not enough Lighting in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The staff was the best part about the hotel; and not responsible for design flaws made by corporate management.

This place is nasty has bugs roaches an beetles all inside room used wash clothes left in room, no towels or toilet paper provided during stay, staff is rude an unprofessional, overall I was so disgusted with a “premium” room waste of money an very unsanitary rooms look nothing like what is shown on the website

People were hanging outside hotel rooms and smoking weed and cigarettes. Found love roaches in our room. Stayed 1 night and got a refund for the rest of our stay.
