My stay was overall a good stay. My only complaint really is that the hallways and rooms had a bit of a stale smell to it and the shower rod in our room was a little messed up. Other than that our room was clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It was also a plus that the hotel was a quick 5 min walk to the monorail as we were in the city for a concert at the stadium. All in all I would book another stay at this property.

The place reeked of Marijuana. They need better air filtration. The breakfast selection was pretty good. Room was nice.

The pool was good. There were barely any people using it. It's nice that they have a bathroom that is outside of the bedroom if you're sharing a room. The price was affordable and the property is not that massive so if you have folks that can't do too much walking, it is a good place to stay.

Great stay that’s why I’m staying again

Property was clean and conveniently located to a lot of things like restaurants and shopping and the highway. The only issue I had was the room was a little too hot. I know it was almost 100 degrees the two days we stayed… so you definitely needed a cool room. I mentioned the concern to the front desk and the maintenance man fixed the issue immediately. Speaking of the maintenance man… I did not get his name but he was friendly and hard working. My husband and I watched him one morning making sure the pool was clean and he ensured the testing was done and returned with the correct results before allowing us to enter. I could tell he really loves his job. Overall it was a good experience and we would return if we’re back in the area.

Not worth the money; front desk

Rooms have a smell and need updating. None of the vending machines contained water even though we are in the middle of a horrid heat wave. The breakfast was ok. If you only plan to stay 1 or 2 nights, its fine.

Clean and convenient location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Ordered a room with jetted tub and did get upon checking in. Great location. Quiet.

The “manager” was not at all concerned about our issues, and didn’t even know how to use my credit card to pay for the other person’s room, she had to call someone else, and during that process she was speaking in a foreign language, which I thought was very rude. I also didn’t like her making copies of our ID’s. No other hotel does that.

The property is NEED of upgrades: Quick List Carpet Lighting Room 112 should have a COUCH not a chair in the seating area The reservation through this site almost was missed but the desk agent managed to eek out the room… It can be noted that the staff work to do their best with what they had but for the $200+ price tag of a 1 night stay ~ the property Is in IMMENSE Need of updates & upgrades

A nice stay can be a little cleaner

The room was a little dated, but overall the hotel was was nice

Musty smelling hallway and rooms. Need of maintenance and upgrade. Dark hallways. Okay for price, but would not stay again.

It was good enough for a one night stay. Carpet was stained and dirty. Place needs a reno. Has potential.

Just amazing, the staff was wonderful and the room was awesome.
