Good customer service and very clean room

Hallways and elevators dirty and in poor condition. Room only okay, not great.

The hotel is super old, and in need of an upgrade/update! Originally, I booked for two nights, but canceled my second night. The room gave me the ick!

WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!

Breakfast was good

The staff was warm and welcoming but the property was rather run down. The carpet was awful. There wasn’t any cold water.

The breakfast looks wonderful although we didn’t eat it because it didn’t open until six so we had to leave at 5:30. There was no one at the desk to ask for us to go for breakfast. The room definitely have repairs that look like they weren’t finished with the ceiling in the bathroom was wet and peeling like paint was peeling. The carpet was wet and a couple different spots in the room over by the air-conditioning being the main one and just it was dirty like the elevators were dirty. The ice machine was broken. The carpets are just dirty like dark colors.

Easy check in and out

Room was clean, parking was easy and the breakfast was good. Our only negative comment was that the property needs a little (not a lot) renovation to fix minor repair issues.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay and it was a great location to UNC Charlotte Campus. Staff was extremely accommodating to our every need. Rooms were clean and quiet. We will definitely being returning when in the area.

Comfortable stay, no issues with noise either.

The check in process was easy. My room was clean. The hotel probably could stand to be updated but it was well maintained.

Hot water heater must have been broken in our room. Water was lukewarm at best. Didn’t bother me enough to fuss about it during the stay. This is like the 4th email I received to leave a review so here it is. Leave me alone and fix the hot water heater.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, small convenience store in the lobby. Great location.

Everything was awesome. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is right at The University of North Carolina and there are so many restaurants close by...AWESOME!!!

At 10:03 am all food was put up! Could not grab breakfast.
