Customer service was good at this hotel and the staff were helpful. The hotel itself is very dated for what it is charging. The rooms weren’t very clean. When I turned on the water faucet the water came out brown initially. The elevators feel like you’re going to get stuck in them. I’m used to Hampton Inn having better quality hotels which is why I booked and also the location.This hotel is in desperate need of renovations.

The first morning the breakfast time was rushed there was no syrup or water the pool was closed for it to be a Hilton hotel they can do better.

Affordable, stayed two nights and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'm not familiar with Charlotte and the staff were great with recommendations. Very much appreciated.

Breakfast Huge roaches near the elevator. Mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Pool was closed. Disappointed. Was looking forward to that part. Elevators had water on the floor for several hours. Ice makers were all broken. Finally found a functional one after 4 floors later. Check in clerk was not friendly.
