The Mecklen Hotel, Charlotte, a Tribute Portfolio™ Hotel

Beautiful property in a convenient location. We walked across the street to get dinner. Love the style of the hotel. The bee motif was really nice. Had to pay for parking, only downside. Would definitely stay here again!

I was absolutely flooded with the cleanliness as well as the front desk staff. They were pleasant and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!

I loved the stay from the start to finish the decor, the staff, it was a very intimate experience not allow of noise the food at side eye was 10/10

The decor and the comfort of the room. I feel like parking should be included with the price of your stay, as opposed to having to pay for it separately.

The Mecklen was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again! Not really a complaint, just a suggestion... check in isn't until 4 but the hotel bar doesn't open until 4. We arrived a bit early and ended up driving around to find a bar. This is a missed opportunity for the hotel to make some extra money!

Great hotel. When I visit Charlotte again I will stay there. Super clean, great staff and it smelled amazing throughout the hotel.

Great tribute portfolio hotel for the United States. Truly a little slice of luxury in Charlotte.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Their rooms was so nice and clean and upscale. But, the only problem that I have was that they should have included the breakfast and parking with the price of the room; instead of charging separately.

I was provided with incorrect information about breakfast and parking being complimentary but the breakfast was not. I ended up paying $125 for a family of 5 breakfast. INSANE!

The location was perfect for us while we search for an apartment in the area. The front staff are fantastic. Everyone was very helpful, and very friendly. Everyone always had a smile. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend The Mecklen Hotel, Charlotte.

BEAUTIFUL SPACE. Gabriel was wonderful and intentional about service. I really enjoyed my stay. I wish there was a pool.

This was the best most affordable boutique hotel we've visited. Whatever signature scent they have smells amazing as soon as you walk through the door

Beautiful hotel

Loved the Mecklen. I consider myself a bit of a hotel snob, and I could not have been happier with my stay. It was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, great location, and the decor of the hotel is a huge added plus that makes it feel very homey!

Great hotel will definitely return. One recommendation to satisfy more guests and SAVE HOTEL MONEY, the decoration grates in front of the air unit greatly reduces the flow of air to go into the room so it does not ever reach a cold desired temperature. If these were removed or modified to have better spacing the air would flow freely and trigger the temperature setting to actually save money by shutting off during the auto setting. During our two day stay the unit never shut off and temperature would not remain cool in the room and checking the unit this was the cause. Again, minor inconvenience but potential for huge cost savings for the hotel.
