Hotel cancel my reservation I found out when I checked in that night with no room available after 6 hours drive. Very sad at this

When we got there, they canceled our room and we showed up at 5 o’clock. They put us in a different room and then they tried to run us off early before checkout time at 12 o’clock.

My shower was not good. The water pressure was low and I was put in an handicap room when that wasn’t my desire.

Friendly staff, and next to restaurants within walking distance to save on uber trips. Rooms are roomy, and well equipped with everything you need

It was a wonderful stay. Very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone visiting Charlotte.

Room carpet was stained, stintch in hallway as well as Room. Bedding was made sloppy and linens were wrinkled. Left within minutes of walking in. Canceled stay.
