Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte University Place

Our room smelled like pee I guess from a pet previously staying in the room before us, there was hair in the corners of the bathroom, and there was leftover remnants from a party on the fire sprinkler in the bedroom. Other than that, the tub was clean, the fridge came in handy, it was spacious enough for our family of four. There were plenty of pillows, the bed and pillows were super comfy. The popcorn and the drink amenity was nice upon our arrival. The hotel was nice overall! We did enjoy our stay. We only stayed one night on the way to another destination. If we stayed longer than one night, we would’ve requested to change rooms. We would stay here again.

Room was clean and staff very courteous

Rooms were clean. There is free breakfast and dinner. Soda machine runs until 9:30 at night which was nice.

Quick stay so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amenities, but they were being used by many others. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and it was an overall nice stay.

The pool is much smaller than others, still the indoor/outdoor set up. It was very cloudy & when the light came on (which was out of the holder and laying on the bottom of the pool) you could see a lot of stuff floating on top. The food serving area was also much smaller and cramped compared to others. Meals were still good though! The staff was very friendly & room was clean.

Breakfast was ok. It's exactly the same as every other hotel we stayed in, so we had an idea of what to expect.

Everything, the only concern was the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi, I still enjoyed myself. Pool and jacuzzi cleanliness

I booked this hotel somewhat last minute for a convention, and it was amazing. So many wonderful amenities, the staff was always helpful and friendly, and the room was great. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!!!!

Location was great! Workers were friendly! I liked it but it wasn’t the cleanest. The floor was sticky, just not as clean as Arrowhead location.

Good hotel to stay at with nice amenities

Loved the bfast and 5:30 snack. The pool was very chlorinated but clean.

We loved the option of the Kickback bar for our family! Location was great for our visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool and rooms were not clean though.
