Everything was perfect

The people working here were so nice abd helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Bed was super comfy. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Pillows kinda sucked but whatever.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. But my favorite part of the whole experience was the breakfast. Wow! So many choices--waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Yum! I also really appreciate their free happy-hour drinks and nibbles. They have a lovely indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a nice gym. Best value for the money.

Staff was very helpful and amenities were clean!

We were very surprised to not only have a decent breakfast but to also enjoy a free hearty dinner as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best pet-friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

The pool was very dirty and hasn't been cleaned by anyone the 5 days i was there. Disgusting!!!

Hotel was great and so was the staff. Pretty close to the amphitheater also. Lots of food and shopping all around. Will stay here again if we're in the area

The indoor and outdoor pools were filthy!! I never saw any of the staff cleaning it either. I refused to take a swim

My room was clean, staff was above and beyond genuinely NICE!!! Breakfast and dinner were super. We save money eating there.

Great stay and we enjoyed your the most

The staff was very helpful and attentive. I loved the breakfast and the dinner options. Also the 2 drinks a night were great. The only problem that I had was the jets in the hot tub were aimed up instead of out to hit your body parts. I did ask a staff member if that was normal and she said that it was intended that way. I have a problem understanding that reasoning. However, my overall experience was excellent and I want to make a gracious shout out to the cook staff and the front desk. A special lady, Rosilee went way out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and I hope to have the pleasure of meeting her again!

I only stayed one night and I liked it.

On the flip side, the mattress was not comfortable. Some areas soft, and some were firm. And the inside pool was cloudy.

We had two king rooms for a quick stay on a UNC Charlotte visit. The rooms were clean and arranged well. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was actually quite a spread for a free amenity! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, pancakes, waffles.... and more! We will definitely be back to stay for college visits!

Spacious and clean room with thin walls. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge, microwave, iron and board, blowdryer - these are in the room. Free toiletries. Helpful staff. Efficient check in / out. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast in which I'd partake. It is edible. It consists of eggs, sausages, biscuits, potatoes, pancakes, pastries, fruits, coffee, tea. The kitchen and the surrounding areas are kept clean. There is a soda machine by the dining area. The onsite restaurant is not opened throughout the day. I believe it closes at 7pm. However, if you're hungry, the restaurant 'Fridays' is just a few steps away. There's also a small area in the hotel where snacks are displayed. Hotel has a small gym, pool business area. I didn't get the chance to utilize them. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. I would recommend.

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! Breakfast and dinner were great and free drinks at the bar, nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub.
