Hilton Charlotte University Place

We didn't go to the restaurant just checked out on the m morning.

Was charged for parking lot parking. This was not expected, nor was it the detail booking

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton! The property is beautiful and the location is great 😃 The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a great view of the water and there are restaurants nearby for convenience. I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Charlotte!

Everything was excellent

Beautiful hotel and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the food and bar at the hotel. They were both convenient for our stay there.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Our stay was short, yet we felt well rested when checking out.

Ask the reception for help. Nobody responded

Close to UNC Charlotte was good

Negatives. Room is expensive. Coffee pot didn’t work, had to pay for parking. Breakfast is expensive.

Trip was excellent otherwise.

I love the energy of this hotel. It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in Charlotte.

the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10 for parking.

I always book this hotel when I visit Charlotte! It’s the perfect location. There are a bunch of dining options around the area and they have a beautiful pond right outside the hotel. The rooms are always clean and you can log into streaming services on the TV which is a plus. The pool is clean and they have towels on standby to use. Definitely recommend booking. Only downside is you have to pay for parking now but it’s not an extremely high rate.

It was close to everything The bed wasn't comfortable i couldn't adjust the temperature to be cold or hotter!!!! Had to pay for parking and I stayed at that hotel

Great easy stay

We stayed for the weekend and had a good experience. Very busy with wedding season here and Juneteenth activities. Pool was very nice and clean. Our refrigerator wasn’t working so we called the front desk. It never got addressed so we filled bags of ice from the ice machine to keep in there to keep our items cold. Bed was Ok, but not in any way plush. Staff were friendly.
