Stayed one night, traveling thru Charlotte. Beautiful location. Great professional staff. I would definitely stay agin.

My stay at this Hilton was a similar excellent experience. Room was clean and service was excellent.

The front desk was very bust but unorganized. The hotel is A1 and very clean and immaculate.

Well maintained facility. Helpful staff at the front desk. Great stuff at the bar/restaurant. The cafe is great if you don’t want to sit for full meals. Breakfast is at a price but you have the cafe if you don’t want to pay $22 for breakfast. Spacious rooms. Great location- close to airport. Lots of restaurants and other stores around. Ample parking but you have to pay for it per day.

Great place to stay.

An excellent trip at the hotel. So much fun and beautiful by the lake and walking distance to places.

Great hotel!

The rooms and staff were amazing. Especially the steaks at the restaurant.

The check in staff was not pleasant. They seemed to be having an issue with the comp system and let many people stand without making any eye contact or saying what was going on. There was no organization and people kept walking in front of the next bc you couldn’t find a line. There was a manager who could have opened another desk for check in but she ignored everyone and walked away. The morning staff was much more pleasant and friendly

When I arrived to my room the linens and everything else had not been changed in the room. They moved me to another room and it was the same thing. So the staff did an excellent thing and gave me a room on the executive floor to make up for it.. and gave me free breakfast for the duration of my trip. That did help make things better

This was very nice place to stay and the staff were very helpful and accommodating

Great experience. The hotel was very clean & extremely comfortable.

Clean, Friendly Staff and very accommodating

The rooms are always clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is extraordinary delicious, however the parking fee is not necessary, they're plenty of parking spaces available here, should not charge customers a fee to park their car.

I expected more from a Hilton, especially as it was listed as a 4-star hotel. The room itself was fine, updated and clean, but service was terrible. The hotel was fully booked and horribly understaffed. Several requests went unanswered (housekeeping services, a request for hypoallergenic bedding due to a down allergy, a broken lamp in the room, not enough luggage carts, food and drink service was horrible, and pool was murky with no towels available). Nothing earth-shattering, but not Hilton level service by any means.

Room was clean but did not like that parking was not free.

The stay was nice. I was very appreciative that there was a refrigerator and microwave! Both came in handy. The room was clean. The bathroom did feel a bit cramped for a premium room. The only amenity I used was the pool. The first day I went to the front desk to let them know that there were no more towels outside and she let housekeeping know, but in the 45+ minutes that I was out there, no towels came. The next day there were plenty. I will say, make sure that you note the daily parking fee. I completely missed it when I made the reservation (completely on me) and was quite surprised.

Great place! Clean and convenient to food.
