DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte Airport

It’s convenient, with a good strong shower - but the handle fell off. Has all the basics but don’t get excited about it.

The check-in staff was very friendly, helpful and sense of humor makes checking in a breeze. My only complaint was there wasn’t enough towels. Didn’t receive receipt at checkout in email from either stay.

The evening staff was very professional, pleasant and personable. Friendly reception helps after being tired from traveling. My only complaint was I never received a receipt from either stay. The cookies are always awesome!

The front desk was amazing!! But the rest wasn’t good!! When I made the reservation, I made it because had breakfast!! Well? A week ago they stop having continental breakfast!! Very disappointed!! The room!! The air conditioner? Was like you start bunch of motorcycles at the same time ot have an elipcopter on top of you room!! The hallways smelled like someone was smoking mariguana!!! Funny because we reserve an non smoking room. The area not good area, this can be a motel instead of hotel!! Restroom!!!😂😂 toilet for little people!! Hurt just to bend to seat!! Not for elderly people!! Maybe for people with children, shower!!!😔 0 pressure, my sister in law she always stays in this hotels and she asked us to stay in the same hotel!!! Big mistake. So definitely not recommended to stay there. The front desk very good customer service!! The rest of the employees were not nice!! They ran away and hide so you don’t have to say hi!! Never eat there!! So I don’t know how the food is.

Convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle. Good value for money. Has a restaurant and staff are pleasant. Free internet only if you sign up for Hilton Honors. Some aspects of the building need refreshing

Staff was polite and very helpful. Place is a bit aged.
