Really nice and clean lobby rooms could be updated furniture outdated carpet could be upgraded to luxury vinyl or hardwoods. Would have loved to enjoy sitting out on the patio but the furniture wasn’t cleaned off, chairs were dirty and some even had bird poop all over them…but overall it was ok, I’m a Hilton honors member so I always book their hotels

I loved the bed and the furniture!

Brown water coming from sink faucet and shower!! Shower water, once finally clear, wouldn’t get hot!! Disgusting. Room smelled like sweat, I had to spray fragrances to mask the stink. Brown water coming from sink faucet and shower!! Shower water, once finally clear, wouldn’t get hot!! Disgusting. Room smelled like sweat, I had to spray fragrances to mask the stink. I will not be returning, this is very disappointing for a Hyatt! I will be leaving more reviews across other platforms to let people know about the money I wasted here. And no free parking? Pay to park for shitty brown water? I feel scammed.
