Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport / Billy Graham Parkway

Property was an absolute travesty. There was issues with the plumbing. There was issues with the faucets. There was issues with the attitude of the service of the staff that was very little customer warmth there was unexpected differentials in the pictures compared to what was actually in the hotel itself, the property was run down beat up, sinks in places where there shouldn’t be and an absolute disaster of an experience. Thank you for ruining my trip. The breakfast is even worse. They were dried out sausages, dried eggs, dry potatoes, and extremely pour satisfactions.

The hotel was convenient to the airport, and the free shuttle was good. The room was comfortable and clean. The only drawback was there being no restaurant to eat dinner in. There was a reasonable breakfast considering the lack of a proper restaurant.

Hotel is clean, but poorly maintained; one of two elevators was working, and that one would not rise higher than the 4th floor in a six-story hotel. Patchwork carpet replacement in the hallway was frayed at the seams, protruding noticeably (intentionally?) from the walkway surface. On the second day, the battery on my room door card scanner died, and the staff, while working diligently to resolve the issue, seemed unaware or untrained in that contingency resolution. To their credit, after a few hours, they managed to pry the door open, and accommodated me in an alternate room in which to complete my stay. Decent service recovery, but the alternate room provided was not close to the suite I originally booked, and it was on the airfield side of the property, so I was treated to constant jet engine run-ups and the thundering sounds of planes landing and departing, ensuring my stay was neither relaxing nor restful. The agent apologized for the door issue, offered bottled water and chips, and said someone from the hotel would reach out about the inconvenience. 48 hours later, no contact from corporate or hotel staff. Free breakfast is a nice amenity, but only if you dare. Standard breakfast buffet fare, but the food quality was well below any fast food restaurant. Overall, top marks to staff for their service. Due to the maintenance failures and general property conditions unlikely I would book here again

Very clean room

The hotel was excellent. Staff was very attentive and plan on staying there again when we need to depart from the airport.

The 5th floor button in the elevator did not work well. TV remote in room was barely responsive or need batteries. Side access door to enter hotel was broken. Can’t access hotel from other doors…only front Coffee wasn’t ready at breakfast. Refrigerator in room was not cold.

Great stay at the property. Highly recommend!

Just a blast in charlotte, and great place to stay that made it even better. Staff was friendly and kind, the environment was great, as well as room, and the location to restaurants and amenities is superb. Go walk anywhere within 2 miles of the property and you get to see a magnificent part of the Queen City. Renaissance park is a hidden Gem of outdoor space for charlotte.

Location and proximity to CLT Airport.

Couches were stained but overall room was clean. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating

Comfortable bed, staff in morning quiet near our room, good shower, good breakfast and near our parking lot for flight. Pillows too soft. Low water pressure

Couch had many stains. There was a gap between top of the blind and ceiling that let large amounts of light in at night from the super bright uplighting on the outside of the bldg. The eggs, bacon and potatoes were subpar. The smelled of marajauna whe I arrived at 11:00PM. I was not told there would be a charge for parking.

It was in a good location . It was clean , staff was nice ! I didn’t like that you have to pay $12 per night to park , parking should be free.

Nothing Small room, felt cramped. You could hardly turn around in the bathroom it was so small. Living area couch was worn out and had stains .

Staff great but place is not super clean, needs update. My lights didn’t work, shower door wouldn’t close all furniture was stained.

Beware that you must pay for parking on hotel property separately from your stay. roughly $13 per night.

It was a good stay. I think they should offer free parking especially if you are there for a Panthers game that weekend.

The staff is quite pleasant, but the property itself is the problem. The place is a mess, especially the floors—they were stained and dirty. The walls were dirty as well, and it was extremely noisy. I kept hearing really strange noises the entire time. Overall, it was very dirty.

Good room, had to wait a bit for the free airport shuttle but it was a nice bonus, just be sure to check to which hotel you are going because there are several shuttles that service the hotel chain but different locations
