My room was clean and it was mostly quiet, I slept extremely well.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place properties before and this location was by far the worst. The initial room that we were in smelled like smoke and vomit. The front desk offered to spray or give us another room. I decided to take a new room. Second room was also nasty. The couch has stains that appeared to be dried blood, crumbs on the floor, brown stains on the wash cloths and unpleasant smell!!!

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed several cleanliness issues\. There were ants in the bathroom, a dead roach in the room, and a large juice stain on the carpet\. It was obvious that the carpet had not been properly vacuumed or cleaned\. Based on its condition, I believe the carpet either needs a professional deep cleaning or should be replaced altogether\. In addition, the bed sheets appeared worn and unsanitary\. Clean, fresh bedding is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and I was very disappointed by their condition\. I strongly recommend replacing old sheets with brand\-new ones to ensure guests feel comfortable and confident in the cleanliness of their rooms. My family and I chose to stay at your hotel expecting a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Considering how expensive hotel rooms have become, it is unacceptable to pay premium prices for accommodations that are not properly maintained. No guest should have to worry about insects, pests, stained carpets, or questionable bedding during their stay. Please also be advised that I booked this reservation through **Expedia**, and I will be reaching out to them as well regarding this matter.

There also used to be a pool at this hotel that was covered up and turned into a seating area. There are still photos with the pool, not the hotel’s fault but just wanted to make others who stayed here in the past aware. There are two almost identical Hyatt Places next to each other, but they have different features, so make sure to check them carefully in the listing.

The hotel employees are so loud. The reception clerk and two housekeeping workers talked loudly for 30 minutes in the lobby during breakfast, and the two housekeeping workers outside our room were also talking very loudly in the hall during the morning. Otherwise, the hotel is fairly quiet.

Dislikes that I had to pay for parking but everything else was nice

Room stayed clean but make sure that you try to park in the front . Someone’s car was broken into via smashing the window. They only have working cameras on the patio.. none in the back

Nice space in rooms

I had a horrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Shortly after arriving we discovered two bed bugs and immediately took pictures to show the front desk. The staff did not seem to care and in fact gave us attitude about the situation. Luckily Expedia refunded us and we were able to relocate.

The parking I wouldn’t want to come back to the same hotel if I have to pay for parking cause you gotta pay for everything else it’s just extra which y’all are a really nice hotel other than that yall are a good hotel

I like the fact that the room was spacious but I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking in an opened parking lot

Nice clean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Beds not super comfortable and the AC isn’t central air so room felt damp but for the price I was very satisfied.

Room: bathroom layout is strange. If you go in, very hard to close the door because the toilet is right there and you have to navigate your body oddly. Our room was number 103 and the exterior light, of 10000 sons, was pointed at our room. We didn’t think much of it into night time, when even the blackout curtain didn’t block the light. At 1230 am it still felt like daytime in our room. Every time you’d roll over to face the window, the shock of the bright light would wake us. Solution: blackout curtain all the way to the ceiling and floor or be sure to request a room that doesn’t have an exterior light facing it

The hotel was well maintained and clean, just a little wear and tear, and the hallway carpet needed to be cleaned. My room smelled fresh and clean when I arrived. The bathroom was small, and I didn't like the sink being outside the bathroom. The breakfast was nice and the staff were amazing. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I would stay there again.

Clean room, sofa was unexpected but very welcome.

We stayed for a night, friendly staff, spacious room and the Breakfast buffet was great!
