Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport

Rooms were very clean and comfortable bed . Very nice and helpful front desk crew . Will definitely stay here in the future.

Stayed here for one night in advance of a flight out of Charlotte. Extremely clean—and that is everything to me. Staff was super friendly and helpful, too.

Clean rooms

quiet room and good shower. shuttle to the airport was on time and good. Way overpriced for room recieved. Not a suite. No other rooms available. Painfully hard bed and pillows. Breakfast below par. Not good energy.

The staff was wonderful! The only problem we had was at check in when the Clerk couldn't find my reservation. Booking.com had put my name in wrong - used my last name for my first and my first name for my last. The Clerk quickly resolved the matter. The property was great - I especially loved the large shower and the vanity was large enough to set out my makeup and hair essentials. We did not get up in time to take advantage of the breakfast. Not a thing. Everything was great.

Breakfast was good. Much appreciated. Farther from arena than thought but that's on me.

Convenient for me on this trip. I was given a handicap room. I do not like being in a handicap room, it sets me off and my demeanor is irritable at best. I never expected to have to request a non handicap room but this isn't the first time this has happened. I have finally learned to message the property and request a regular room.

Good location, friendly staff, bed is comfy. Microwave, frig and Kerig but no safe.

It's ridiculous for hotel to charge you for parking.When there's no options for parking yourself, free anywhere on the property or near the property.And this is something you don't find out until you go and check in

It was a quick stay, we got in late and flew out early. We did not get to use any amenities but the staff was amazing! The room was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved the 2 shuttle drivers and the guy that checked me out. Girl at check wasn’t very friendly but guess she was busy. I would stay here agai…🌻

We had a very nice stay. Perfect for our long weekend. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was well maintained. Only thing was we had to get towels daily as there was no housekeeping done until checkout.
