Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport

It was a quick stay, we got in late and flew out early. We did not get to use any amenities but the staff was amazing! The room was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a good hotel very clean and comfortable and the staff was very professional.

Loved the 2 shuttle drivers and the guy that checked me out. Girl at check wasn’t very friendly but guess she was busy. I would stay here agai…🌻

We had a very nice stay. Perfect for our long weekend. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was well maintained. Only thing was we had to get towels daily as there was no housekeeping done until checkout.

The staff was pleasant especially Joe and the cleanliness I was surprised how clean it was great job housekeeping Parking was $8-$10 a day

Located close to the airport with a free shuttle there. Room was clean and comfy.

Clean room reasonable price almost got first degree burns from the shower, no extra towels that stinks

Great place. Well managed. We enjoyed our stay.

The only negative is that they separately charged $8 a day for parking. If you are paying for a room, parking should be included. Even the Hyatt across the street did not charge us for parking and their lot was much smaller. I would stay here again as I love an immaculately clean hotel but you need to be ok with paying for parking on top of the room charge.

Have no complaints on the stay. We stayed 2 nights and the staff was so inviting as well as friendly. The area is super convenient as well. Definitely will be back.

Everything was great (room, staff, breakfast)!

Safe area, clean. Breakfast was ok, food not refilled. I felt neglected by staff and waited over an hour for washcloths. When I called, they told me to come get them. My daughter and then my husband went down and were told they will be brought.

The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.

Our room was spotless. Kudos to housekeeping.

Clean No microwave in room

I love staying here, it was affordable, room was clean, staff were accommodating and all the amenities. Definitely recommend.
