The layout of the rooms, the split bathroom (WC in a separate room), the decor, fridge, the kind staff, and the airport shuttle. The microwave on every floor. My package included breakfast. The low shower water pressure and the lack of a hand held shower head. The room blinds/curtains did not black out. The air conditioner was not cooling to the lowest set temperature.

Not much around/walking distance but the hotel itself is pretty contained with a nice bar and lots of snacks. Very nice patio and the staff is very kind. Floors on the room are laminated and could use some TLC by the shower and the laminate is lifting up. Overall would stay here again.

We received amazing customer service, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable. They offer shuttle service to the airport. Great hospitality all around.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness makes this my go to hotel when in Charlotte.

I really hate to leave this review because Ive never had an issue with Aloft. However, room 208 had a horrible smell of sewage and I even saw a roach in my bathroom. But the staff was super accommodating and courteous.

We came down at 5:30 am and jumped into the shuttle to the airport. Quick and easy and great driver. We also parked our car there for an international flight. Again, easy peasy. Ruby.W

This hotel charges you ten dollars a night for parking, with an additional three dollar "service charge." This is an obscene business practice. We will not stay at this hotel again.
