Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe

Very clean and staff is nice.

Everything was very mice

While we were in Charlotte, we needed an additional night stay on a different date, and we didn't hesitate to book here again because of how great our experience had been. The staff consistently provided outstanding service and made us feel valued as guests. One act of kindness that especially stood out was when they held onto my medication that had been delivered on a day I wasn't there. Their willingness to help gave me great peace of mind and demonstrated their genuine care for their guests. Thanks to the excellent accommodations and amazing staff, this will absolutely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit family in the area. We look forward to staying here again!

Very friendly staff and shuttle to the airport.

The Hyatt was a very nice place to stay. They do charge $10 for parking which I wasn't happy about. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. There was a waffle iron, but no spray which resulted in the waffles sticking to the iron. They do have a variety of food choices.

Beds were not comfortable but the property was taken care of.

Stay was ok. I have had better experience in the past with Hyatt Place this was probably my least favorite experience would not stay at this property again.

Really everything was good about this hotel. O complaints. Very clean and comfortable. I thought the price was slightly high, and I didn't like being placed by the elevator and ice machine. If I had been there for more than 1 night, I would have requested to be moved.

The rooms are very large and have a separate sitting area, which I enjoy. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms/bath areas are very clean. Breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful. We stayed here 2 nights, not consecutively, as it was easy to get to and from the airport. We noticed that flight attendants/pilots stayed at this hotel and traveled with us on the shuttles to and from the airport. It has a small bar with decent prices and a very limited menu for food. There is a sports bar/restaurant just outside the hotel that stays open until 11pm. We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights, both Tuesdays, and paid completely different prices for the same room. In the rooms, there is only a small refrigerator and a single-cup coffee maker in an area that looks as if it might have been a small kitchenette with a large counter and empty shelves. For the price of the room, you would think that the bottled water placed on the counter would be included to enable the guest to make a beverage with the included packets of coffee/tea in the room, instead of having to pay $6 per bottle (if you are NOT a Hyatt member). We had to trudge down to the lobby level with our own water bottle to fill it at the water fountain, or fill the provided ice bucket with ice and let it melt for a morning cup before breakfast opened.

Everything was great from the staff to the breakfast location and amenities! The cleaning was good. I have no complaints there. I will be back!

Wonderful!!

Not having access to the pools really decreased the value of the experience; especially since I used Expedia and booked based on the inclusion of a swimming pool in the amenities.

The staff are excellent and the facilities are great. This Hyatt is perfectly located near the airport and has access to a lot of dining without having to go into uptown. Great place to stay.

The parking lot is littered with ahhh…litter! Ive already written my review about our check in experience so I don’t think I have to reiterate that debacle. The room itself was very clean, thank you housekeeping! The bed was nice, the shower pressure was good. The breakfast was lame but the eating areas were well maintained by personnel. We used to stay at this location on a regular basis when we were working….semi retired now & went back to this place because of past good experience…..needs attention to parking lot cleanliness & safety …AND…..get your shuttle worked out!
