The front desk was closed when we arrived so we couldn't get into the lobby. It would have been helpful to know about that when planning our trip. We tried to use the kiosk in the entry to check in but it was awful and didn't work. Finally a maintenance person or something let us in and eventually someone came to check us in. The towels were all stained so we asked the front desk to replace them and they did and were nice about it. We saw from signs posted around that we needed a parking pass so we asked the desk about it when replacing our towels and she told us that we definitely needed one or we would get towed and it would cost $500 plus more every hour it took us to pick up the car. Why didn't she tell us that when she checked us in 30 minutes prior and give us a parking pass? No idea but if we hadn't gone back to replace the towels, our car would have been gone in the morning and we would have owed 1k+. The hallways were dirty and smelled weird, and the place is pretty old. The room itself was clean enough and the TV worked so it all worked out. We didn't spend much time in the room beyond sleeping and breakfast. I probably wouldn't stay there again but it was decent considering the price. Next time I'd rather dish out for a better hotel honestly.

Nothing Trash.\n Cans were full of trash bathroom was not clean tallet seat hanging off. There was no dishes in the cabinets cause they said they don't allow them in there, but it stays in your hotel abilities that there will be food dishes and if you ask for them like the paper says in the hotel, they say they don't have none. Very trashy, dirty place always were very dirty.I would not stay there

everthing was good the staff was very nice it was nothing i didnt like

The rooms were disgusting, the other guest around the hotel had no respect for themselves, others, or the staff. Don’t get me started on how people treated the hotel building itself. This place is run down in a part of the city that should be maintained and managed by people who care about their environment. If I could give zero stars for this hotel I would. Almost $100 for absolute dog water.

Nothing we didnt even stay the night Staff was rude. It smelled of weed and pee. Dirty
-
No comment. Outside of the property itself was littered with debris and there was no one to clean that up.
-
It was quiet Rooms need to be updated, my curtain didn’t work so I couldn’t let it down

The staffing, the cleanliness, the manners, the side door being open all the time for visitors without keys, thin walls, bathrooms are very dingy, the breakfast bar is terrible, I’ve seen numerous amount of roaches. Bad quality for the pricing!

The room had roaches everywhere

She had the room three doors down. She was challenging me to her youthful spirit game of who is paying for this. Since she was given a double room, if she wished to stay longer, she would have to change rooms. She did not see the light very well. My sense of humor for the first night consists of canine advertising until I believe the canine had gone to sleep on it's own bed. Who cares about her. Then Robert Downey Junior standing by the back door where the alarm sounds off followed Gweneth Palthrow in to accept one canine was in. End of discussion. The excitable air left that day around high noon.

The hotel had roaches. The roaches were so bad that I had slept in my vehicle in the parking. I talked to the receptionist the next morning because no-one answered the phone when I tried to reach out to them the night before. After talking to the receptionist and calling Hotels.com to get my money back, the General Manager, said that because they didn't have any record of me calling them about the roach issue, that they'll give me a refund for 2 out of the 3 nights, instead off all 3 nights. I explained to the receptionist that I shouldn't be charged for the 1st night because I never slept in the roach infested room. They were going to offer me another room, but why would I want another room if the building is infested with roaches. Their were roaches in the lobby as well.

Nothing Nasty, roach infested. Staff lies and lack integrity.

Do not stay here!! It smells like a dispensary, the screens are falling off the windows, it is dirty to the point that my family left and I booked another room immediately. Still trying to get my money back. Learn from my mistake, this place is absolutely disgusting and the scariest part was how unsafe it is for families.

The receptionist was kind. She knew this place was disturbing. When she was showing us the room, we got on the elevator and we both seen BUGS, YES, ROACHES. She said, sorry about this, I'll get someone to clean. I felt very unsafe. There were people standing in front of the building like a ghetto cookout. Folding chairs, liquor and all. I walked in, NO RECEPTIONIST at the front desk. I had to look around for help. Its dirty, stinky unsafe. I asked about early check in if possible. She told it's an EXTRA $150 Dollars, on top of the $125!!.. really?..are yall stealing? Are people living here? Honestly, it looked like a shelter.. I quickly canceled, went down the street and got a BEAUTIFUL ROOM, early checking, no extra charge and CHEAPER! .. Send surprise upper management team up there!.. Your competitors will get all your business.
