First things first, the pictures they use online are definitely not what this hotel is. This place has roaches in it everywhere. The night person “accidentally” charged the person in front of me an extra night for no reason and refused to give that person a refund. This is definitely not the place to be and if I could get a refund I would!

Nothing about this experience was good. Even the person at the counter was not personable. My 11 year old daughter arrived to this Motel as we were traveling from Ohio to Florida. The pics online didn't seem too bad, so I thought I would give it a shot. When we arrived, there were women outside that were dressed provocatively walking around the facility. As I came out after checking in one of the women came to my vehicle and proceeded to take pictures of it, including my license plate. I had things strapped in the back of my vehicle that I didn't feel were going to be safe parked there for a night. My daughter, then proceeded to say she did not feel safe and asked if we could try somewhere else. I said yes, thats a good idea. I went back into the office and gave the key card back to the person at the counter. He asked why we didn't want to stay. I told him we weren't comfortable. He asked if I wanted him to talk to the women who took pictures of my vehicle. What would that have resolved? He never refunded me any money for the room, nor the $50 he wanted for my dog. The $50 he said was refundable but I still haven't received the refund. I would never recommend this motel to anyone! It was the worst experience in my life!

The receptionist was pleasant. There were bugs in the room. It needs to be updated as in no patch work. If it was Remodeled it would be a nice stay. We only checked in to change clothes to go to the concert. We did not stay the night, we checked out as soon as the concert was over.

Being close to the airport Location, really bad conditions for the room, it was dirty , cockroaches coming from the .

The room had a bad smell, the bathroom towels were stained and looked dirty, there was trash left in the refrigerator from the previous guests, and I even found a sock in the bed. The overall cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. The customer service was just as disappointing. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. I woke up a little late, but instead of handling the situation professionally, they called my room at 12:10 p.m., knocked on my door at 12:15 p.m., and then the manager came back with a front desk employee to knock on my door again at 12:25 p.m. I told them that the repeated calls and knocks felt excessive and harassing, especially since I was paying the late check-out fee. There was absolutely no reason to treat a paying guest that way. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between the poor cleanliness and the unprofessional customer service, I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Did not stay. When we arrived the place did not look like the picture. It looked kind of trashy and run down on the outside. I know it was a cheap motel but we just couldn’t bring ourselves to stay there. So after the show we dove back towards Lillington.

This place is a dump smells bad looks bad. No phones in the rooms I want my money back very scary place, a lot of dope heads. The\nFact that these places advertise over the internet and you can walk into a hell hole where you can very well lose your life
