The Location I didn't sleep or bathe, extremely careless, there was no soap, towels, toilet paper or coffee, I understand it's being remodeled, but it's not fair to treat you like this. I took a picture of the towel they gave me. The mop in my house is cleaner than the towel. I'm sorry.

The front desk agent was helpful and friendly. No towels, soap, WiFi, one pillow per bed. Only had a sheet to sleep under the rooms smelled awful. Like heavy smoke and dog had to ask to switch another room. The entire hotel was ran down didn’t look like the pictures at all. My tv to one of my rooms didn’t work. I was told someone would come check it out. I went to front desk twice and nobody ever came. No trash cans in room. Just overall a very terrible experience.

Never check in, was told that they had no soap, no WiFi and the rooms were not very clean !! They said that they were under remodeling !!! I called and advise to booking for a complaint !!!! Nothing !!!

First room had a roach in the bathroom; second room the bathroom door was locked; third room key didn't work. Overall, very dirty and dated. I can deal with dated furniture and fixtures, but it has to be clean. This one was not.

They need an exterminator. 🪳🪳

Rooms weren't clean or sanitary at all. Check in took a really long time.
