Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Airport by IHG

Convenient location to the airport.

Everything Pool was closed

Everything Na dee

Friendly staff Dirty, old and somewhat rundown. Dust, dirt and hair left in room.

Someone in housekeeping unlocked my door at 11:00pm and attempted to enter my room while I was asleep.

Exceptional

Proximity to airport No coffee in room only 1 coffee machine working in the lobby no toilet paper in lobby bathroom and no body wash in the shower they had 2 shampoos and a conditioner in the shower

For the kist part it was a very nice room The pull out couch bed/matresss was gross and stained. Desperately needs to be replaced.

I liked the location and the size of the rooms. I did have to wait for my room to finished being clean, but they allowed me a later check-out so i was okay with it. What I didn't like was the wifi not working well.

The room's HVAC was malfunctioning creating a loud whistling sound. We asked for a next morning 5:30 am airport shuttle. We watched the clerk log it into her book. At departure, the morning clerk stated that there was no record for it, that the manager was responsible for the bookings and that we would have to take the 6:00 am shuttle. He offered no apology and stated that he had just come on. At 6:10 am, the shuttle still had no driver so we replaced your complimentary service with a paid Uber which arrived promptly. We nearly missed our flight. We have used Holiday Inn Express for years as our "go-to" hotel, as they always provided a quality experience. The past couple of years, for us, the hotel has been on a slippery slope.

Siempre utilizo este hotel por la limpieza, servicio y por lo céntrico.

The facilities are excellent.

The staff was very nice and the bed so super comfortable! The pool was not ready to swim in, it’s August!

Good

The indoor pool was great. Didn’t like the pancakes in the breakfast section

Sketchy area

Nice stay, comfortable room, close to airport. Breakfast appreciated. Staff efficient. Would recommend.
