Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Airport by IHG

Would stay there again. Excellent!

After a day of crazy airport delays and diversions i was able to book this hotel late at night and they even came to get us with their shuttle a full hour after the shuttle service stopped. Fully recommended, excellent customer service!

The Parking You Have To Pay For Even Though You’re Staying At Their Hotel.

My room was bad. The rug was wet due to the condensation from the air conditioner, so were the chairs etc. had no choice last rm. found out from staff they were not supposed to use that rm.

Staff was great, room was clean but on my 2nd day the microwave and fridge both stopped working Staff offered to switch our room but it was late when we realized it and decided to not move. Was disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance during a very hot weekend

Improving the breakfast menu. Maybe switching to a waffle machine. Because the pancakes machine wasn’t the best.

They charge money for parking

The staff at the desk was kind , however when I asked then to refill the pancake mix at 630 am they said why how many pancake do you want , I explained I wanted 2 for my grandchildren . In addition the whole reason I choose this hotel was because it had a pool - the pool was closed and my grandchildren were upset . We should be notified if this happens so I could have changed the location .

Stay for one night for a concert. I’m hotel snob and this hotel was pretty cool. I didn’t have any complaints for one night

Location is convenient to interstate.

Nice hotel I would def stay again

We stay here every year to travel from Charlotte airport . Great staff always helpful. This year both lights in the bathroom were out( room#328). We got up early to take the shuttle and were informed there was no driver. Had to scramble and order an Uber and just did make our flight.

The staff was so nice and personable! The room was very clean and comfortable. Wish all the Holiday Inns were this nice! We would definitely recommend this hotel for any occasion.
