Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel

Room was clean, and bar was great

All was excellent.

We have stayed here many times as we fly from Charlotte and it is super convenient

I had a one night stay due to flight issues. The room was comfortable. I'm always hot so entering the room and it being cool was a plus. The bed was comfortable with the coolness of the room. I slept good.

Love the inside/outside pool and decor, love the 24/7 airport transport, comfortable bed, nice amenities in the room including refrigerator and tub

Breakfast was hit and delicious I didn't like the room being by the elevator but the hotel was clean

Only stayed for 2 night for our flight early in the morning but I loved everything about it. Very spacious rooms and the pool looked great but we didn’t get to use it unfortunately. The shower was fantastic had wonderful water pressure which I loved a lot :) Staff was very friendly and helped with any questions we had it was a wonderful stay!

The woman at the bar the evening we arrived was great. She balanced multiple people/groups due to cancelled flights all arriving at the same time. She made sure everyone was able to place food orders if needed at last call.

We stayed one night and left early the next morning to catch a flight, so we didn't use these amenities. We did observe a good number of guests having fun at the pool and bar areas.

Room was very clean and the bar area was nice.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and other meals in the restaurant. The servers were nice and attentive to our needs. Especially Brandon and Mikayla. The only critism we have is that no fresh coffee is available after breakfast, how is that possible? I was shocked. Seems shortsighted for what is quite a good restaurant As for the overall experience because we came to Charlotte to rest, the beds, the quietness,and the pool turned out to be just what we needed. Thank you for a great stay

My toilet clogged and overflowed. Pool furniture was really cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was great though.

Room was spacious with a great sitting area. Best hotel breakfast ever (included eggs, pancakes, etc). Oddly, the bathroom was small and lacked a counter for toiletries. Shuffle to/from the airport was great. Call after arriving and they will send the shuttle for you. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Overall a very positive experience

The room I had smelt like someone smoked in there. I made sure I told the front desk and the a/c was loud

Great place to stay prior to or after traveling. Hotel shuttle is every 30 minutes, and parking there is certainly cheaper than parking at the airport.

Was perfect to go to the Bank of America Stadium

$55 early check-in fee. Otherwise, stay was excellent, and restaurant food was delicious.
