The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was professional and polite.

The gentlemen that drive the airport shuttle were very friendly and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre but it got the job done. They had all the basics items. Hot and cold options. Self serve waffle maker. The rooms are spacious but very run down, from the carpet ro the sofas. An upgrade to the hotel is definitely needed! Glad they are renovating.

The room curtains looked like they were out of a crime scene!! Dirty property

The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, the room had a strong smell of marijuana, which made the overall experience unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Really clean room and bathroom! Towels were super white and fresh and I had a great night sleep. The free airport shuttle was timely and the bus was spacious with great air conditioning! Will definitely stay here again for a CLT layover in the future.

Loved the room I stayed in then only thing I didn’t like is that Expedia did not mention anything about having to pay for parking every night

Our one night stay was great and comfortable with shuttle to and from the airport, alleviate paying a taxi. I will book again

Size of room , convenient to airport , coffee was good. The check in process with a rude clerk. Paying to park while renting a room

overbooked reservations and didnt tell a dozen of us til after midnight after waiting 45 min for an airport shuttle, then at front desk for over a half hour; forced us all to return to the airport on a day where 1000+ people were grounded due to severe weather delays; because of the late notice we all were forced to spend night in the airport as no hotels bookings were left at that point; because of that will never book with them again

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. AC noisier than what it shoulb be.

As soon as my son and I walked in we were greeted so nicely. We loved that they offered complimentary breakfast. They also had extra food and drinks to purchase. The room was super clean. We felt so safe and comfortable. Check-out was also smooth and we had an amazing conversation with the lovely staff member named Kyiesha. She is definitely one of the reasons why we would come back on our next trip.😊

The hotel was a great deal and we had no disruptions on account of the ingoing construction. Breakfast was good, the room was clean. The only reason we would not return were that there is a fee for parking and I did not notice the beds were doubles--pretty tight for two people each. Both were on me since I didn't read the whole listing--the price was too good to pass up.

Disappointing

The hotel is under construction and the pool was out of commission. The curtains were dirty and the pullout bed was pretty terrible.
