Clean room, and Aaliyah was amazing

The property is under construction. However, the construction appears that it hasn't been touched in months. The staff were excellent! However, the property/ room was less than desirable. I would definitely recommend bringing cleaning products and socks and shoes to walk in the room(s). Will not be staying at this location again!

The property was undergoing renovations at the time of my stay.

Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage. Definitely better than I expected and they had the classic waffles, bagels, yogurt, grits, oatmeal, coffee etc. the only note is they were under construction on the exterior which made it look like we were in the wrong place but the actual room was great for a place to sleep after a concert.

Very disappointed!! This Property was rundown but the staff was great. Also breakfast was bad especially the coffee. They also had advertised on the booking that the transportation from to hotel was Included after we booked it they said it wasn’t available so we had to pay for our transportation. I could have stayed at a better place after spending over 140 for the night. It was not a good experience.

The staff was extra friendly. I had to call to find the entrance to the hotel. And the front desk was very helpful. Anything that I had needed it sure like extra towers bags or things like that or brought to my room within 10 minutes of me asking. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back soon.

Loud and dirty

The hotel appeared to either be under rennovations, so some of this might be changing. . . but the pool was shut down and the room wasn't fully in operating order. The curtains were filthy and didn't work well.

Vertical clean, despite the remodeling. Felt safe and secure.

This stay was nice for some

I like the room location. My room had a cracked windows. Staff offered to relocate us. We stayed, items to purchase were too pricey. Need other hot breakfast options for non pork eaters. I would come back again. Entire Staff was awesome. Looking forward to your new renovation. Now I'm waiting for my $150 holding fee

Dislikes: Mold on ceiling in shower. Spilled soda in elevator never got cleaned up. Bathroom sink experiences water-hammer. Squatters out room window. Surprise parking fees. No USB ports.

Rooms were clean, staff were nice.

The breakfast was ok

Parking lot needs to be repaired and we also had to pay for parking. I believe there should not be a parking fee unless you had concierge service. They are remodeling this hotel, so I can understand some of the mess is not their fault. But, on this review I would stay there again if in the area of Charlotte, North Carolina. The property is being renovated and it is hard keeping clean

I was pleased with my stay the only drawback that I could think of was the people next to my room were playing music loudly at 1 am

Excellent

Shuttle was nice and convenient for an early morning flight out of Charlotte. Our stay was fine - just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Had to leave early and didn’t get breakfast.
