Royal Inn Charlotte Airport Hotel

No Airport shuttle, WiFi sketchy, Towels looked like the weren’t washed, just refilled. Honestly scared to take suitcase and cloths home for fear of bed bugs. Will never rebook here

I was traveling alone and came did not feel very comfortable staying here by myself. The place had a sketchy vide to is and later I cam across some reviews on another website that said stated is was not a good choice. Nothing happened but I stayed locked in my room for most of the time and took precautions to feel safe. One review said it was a crack den. The police did drive thru the parking lot when I first arrived. I am not sure how frequently they did that. I considered switching hotels but the manager/owner? stated I would not get a refund. I would not choose this place again.

Not clean! Do not stay here unless it’s your last option. Water never got warm. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we got there. No amenities worth the money. Felt unsafe that night. Air conditioning blew a weird odor into the room. would never stay here again.

The room was clean, so was the property, I didn’t see any bugs during my stay . initially it was hot cause the AC unit was turned off in 100 degree weather but after the room cooled down it was a good experience. The bed was hard asf but for a few nights and the price, I would stay again if I had too .

It was a great stay and reach a great expectations.

My room was clean, convient and quiet. The clerk was very helpful. We'll stay again if I return to NC.

Travel group

Absolutely nothing They advertise a pool, but the pool has concrete in it. I originally booked it for 88 dollars but they charged me 133. When we checked into the room, the A/C had been turned off. Being that it was 100 degrees outside just imagine how it felt inside. There were splatters all over the wall, fingerprints and grime all over the mirrors. The water pressure was so low it took me 45 minutes to wash my hair that is shoulder length. Beds were like sleeping on concrete it was so hard. The fridge was so small our Gatorades wouldn't fit inside. Just a very nasty run down area and honestly I'm not surprised considering how bad of an area it is in.

Check in was easy and fast room was clean only problem they only have full/queen beds bathroom was nice and clean

This was the most discusting and terrible hotel near the Charlotte airport!! Bed bugs everywhere! No hot water. Pimps and prostitutes outside my door all night long!!! Awful experience!!! Don’t go there ever.

Friendly staff and clean room. Just what I needed for a very early flight. The laundry room was such a nice amenity.

The room was supposed to be non- smoking, but the odor of cigarettes was horrible. I ask for a room change, but instead they ask if I have use the room and ask to go to the room. Came with odoban and sprayed the room. Very bad experience

Very loud

It’s a very old property; like a 1950s motor hotel. The clientele was up holding a very loud party until past 3am. No intervention by the hotel despite the excessive noise well past any reasonable time. Would not go back there.

Clean stay very nice area

Nothing fancy. Good value

Room didn't have air conditioning on and was hot and stuffy. The bar lock was falling off the door. Windows are not secure.

We arrived and immediately left without spending the night. The check in desk experience was frightening. This is not a place I recommend staying at.
