Really nice hotel

We had a great stay with our family of six! The room with two queen beds and a sofa bed was very convenient and fit everyone comfortably. The hotel was clean overall, although the sofa had a noticeable stain. My children especially loved the breakfast and waffles! Overall, a great family-friendly hotel that I would definitely recommend.

This hotel posted pictures probably when it first was opened. The carpets are dirty and so is the sofa. Everyone was slamming their doors in order to close it. At 3am a couple was fighting and screaming that woke us up. Horrible location too. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The TV doesn't work and is too old; also, the toilet felt a bit loose when sitting on it, and I think they should provide an extra trash can.

Nothing This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, things were already concerning. The elevator does not work properly—you cannot even call it from the floor. Someone has to come and operate it with a key just to get you to the rooms. Then we entered our first room, and the smell of **moisture and mildew was overwhelming**. When I took off my shoes, I realized the carpet was actually **wet**. The room itself was in terrible condition and looked extremely neglected. We asked to change rooms, and fortunately, the room on the floor above appeared to be recently renovated and was in much better condition. Unfortunately, that was not the end of the nightmare. When we returned to our room later that night, we found a **homeless man lying on the hallway floor right outside the rooms**. The entire hallway smelled terrible, and we were honestly frightened and uncomfortable having to walk past him to get to our room. We immediately reported the situation to the front desk. However, the man remained there for quite some time, which made us feel even more unsafe. The next morning, during checkout, we told the front desk employee what had happened. His response was honestly shocking. He told us that **this happens frequently**, that the man is homeless, that he is harmless, and that he **regularly comes into the hotel** That is NOT something a guest should have to deal with after paying to stay at a hotel. Between the horrible condition of the first room, the wet carpet, the smell of mildew, the lack of basic maintenance, and the security concerns in the hallways, **we had one of the worst nights we have ever experienced at a hotel.** ? I strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. If you are traveling with your family or simply expect a clean, saber. Look somewhere else

We needed a bed for the night and that is what we got. It was fine for the price nothing fancy. The couch was stained, but the beds looked clean. The bathroom seemed to have been updated abd had shampoo etc there. Our main complaint is that we were not informed we needed to be added to the shuttle list for the airport return and it left 5 minutes early which meant we missed it.

I got charged for a smoking fee when no smoking happened in the room but yet employees can vape inside at the front desk where people check in? They only come by and clean the room every other day and I understand that the elevator was messed up but the staff did not have to be rude about opening it like it was an inconvenience to them. I was not impressed with this hotel I would not recommend this to friends and family.
