Quality Inn Charlotte Airport

I Specifically requested a quiet room. But people were talking loudly going around and dancing around even when it was about 4 AM. I called the Frontdesk couple of times at 3 AM informing them.. they said they will take a look, but didn’t seem m to fix the problem.. checking out, I asked them about it.. They said it’s 24x7 checking and check out in a bland way without even empathizing with or apologizing to me for lack of sleep

Despite reading some reviews, I found the room clean and mostly what you aspect at the price point near the airport. It can be very loud from traffic if you are on the front facing the pool so I asked for a room in the back. For some reason, other patrons of the hotel seemed to want to talk on their phones (with speaker on) directly in front of my room which I could easily hear over the AC fan and TV in my room at 10 pm. Other than that, nice and convenient hotel.

The property is old and a bit worn down. It is convenient to the airport and suitable for a one-night stay. The free breakfast was a good deal.

It has a cute pool but not open until 1030am. Shuttle service was great. 5 minutes from airport.

Well maintained and staff very helpful

The front desk person was asleep. The shuttle driver had to unlock the door and wake them up to let me inside the building.

Generally good and comfortable night. I wished to have water bottles in a room.

Very clean room and comfy bed.

The beds were hard and the bathroom had pubic hair all over the toilet and shower. The floors were damaged and cracked. Very outdated.

Did not know it was a motel. It smelled stale and like weed when we got in the room. No fan in the bathroom.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast were also a bonus. The hotel sits right behind a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House which is extremely convenient for lunch or late night snacks.

Front door locked but was not tight looked like somebody got sick on door Bath door would not close Chair had many burns Floor was awful I could go on and on !!!

Shuttle to the airport was appreciated

They were irritating beyond belief and when I asked for a late checkout they stood in my door the whole time watching me pack yelling at me and then called the cops at the strike of the hour. It was ridiculous

It's as expected for a sub $100 hotel, not great nor horrible. My biggest complaint is the room smelled of cigarettes.

Easy place to get a good nights rest before your flight!
