Quality Inn Charlotte Airport

The 24 hour van is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable.

There appeared to be holes in the curtains, and some other areas that needed updating.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean but child my mind could not get pass the layout. I have never stood in a hotel with outside doors and I watch way to much crime docs and the layout looks like all of the motels on crime shows so this is a me thing. I could not sleep.

The location need more maintenance

Was ok staying in the hotel, good for the price you paid. The more important thing for me was the shuttle service to the airport.

The outside of property looked old but the inside was clean.Parking was good.Staff was friendly.Breakfast is gone quickly.

Room was clean but the was stain on the top sheet and bathtub was very dirty and I killed an ant in the tub so that wasn’t good.

Easy parking. Breakfast had waffle maker, cereal, fruit, oatmeal and boiled eggs to hear up. Staple breakfast choice options (OJ, apple and cranberry juice). Kind and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room.

Shuttle bus always available

The gentleman that checked us in was polite and well spoken. The breakfast had good choices. The person in charge of the breakfast was attentive to the room. The bathroom could have hooks to hang wet towels on. Could not figure out hw to work the TV to live channels. Local channels.

The staff was great! The room was clean and the AC was running perfectly. The bathroom was a bit small, but overall an excellent stay. The location was great for the concert we went to. Very close, but not in the city center. Great value for the price.

The AC worked There is a $50 charge per room. There’s a bunch of black speckles all over the floor. There’s no isolating fan in the shower room. They don’t take cash.

Really good property! Pretty busy since near the airport. Stall is very helpful. The only thing I had was the two bed room. The bed 🛏️ is too small for a kid and mom or dad. Over all really good experience!

Check in was very fast the guy at the front desk was nice and polite. Rooms very clean . The breakfast was normal but they are option close by . Overall nice place to stay and the price is affordable.

Pool didn’t have any lounge chairs. Room was clean. Building itself needed some TLC looked rundown from the outside.

. The rooms were clean and well presented. I also love the location. I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to close the door properly when I left the hotel and while in the hotel, I had to put out the deadbolt to lock the door, even though I had turned the lock on the door handle. I didn’t feel the safest especially since I was alone.

Location and having a shuttle to the airport. The entrance to my room have big pieces peeling paint.

The clerk that checked us in was very helpful and nice. The floor in our room was very dirty. I took a towel and rubbed on the floor and it was black, needless to say, I did not walk around in bare feet. We left our car and took the shuttle to the airport. The way to the airport was great, but a long wait for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, we had to call twice. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful when he arrived.

Convenient. Older needed outdoor appearance painted. Man staying there was grilling on the back of his pickup.
