Quality Inn Charlotte Airport

My room was musty like a damp mop. When I woke up to Black spider 🕷️ & 2 water bugs . I flew out that room with my pants inside out stank breath & crusty eyes. I showed the picture to the Hotel clerk at the front desk the picture spider told her to check me out immediately. I would like to be compensated for my trauma of experiencing this situation. I have the pictures to prove my accusations.

shuttle bus to and from airport and was on time close to airport inexpensive door to room opens to outside appear to be working on interior decor in lobby - which will be good

They don’t have transportation from the airport to the Hotel

I could tell the property needed a little TLC.

It was nice and quiet and really close to the airport. If your looking for an affordable stay before a flight out of Charlotte you can't beat this place.

Honestly I wouldn't stay at this hotel again . The hotel looks nothing like that photos at all . Our tv didn't really work and we called to report it just for the maintenance to not know what to do .

Location was less than desirable and had to have security guards to watch over the property. We were greeted to a bunch of men standing outside their room drinking alcohol staring at everyone coming in. It’s not a hotel, but a motel with outside doors. Besides not feeling safe, we woke up at 1 am to men yelling expletives telling one another they were going to kill the other one. This went on for about 20 minutes. I don’t know how they had the ratings that they do, but definitely would not recommend this “hotel” to anyone unless you like to hang outside your room to drink with your buddies and smoke weed which the grounds smelled like.

Beds were double not a queen. Can barely move around in the bathroom. Needs a bit more upkeep.

The property was clean, and well maintained. My room was also clean when I entered, and thankfully I didn't have to put up with any insects inside my room. The free breakfast had a decent variety of options, and the shuttle service was on time. Overall, it was a very positive experience at this particular Quality Inn. It was my first time staying at a Quality Inn hotel. I've previously stayed at Laquintas, a Comfort Inn, Extended Stay America, Green Tree Inn and Suits, and a Baymont Inn to name a few.

Clean rooms. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

The room had all conveniences - Fridge, Microwave, Ironing board and Iron, so it was like staying in an apartment and quite convenient The cleanliness was not up to my standards. The room was cleaned only once when I requested for it and not properly at that. Breakfast was also not that great with hardly any variety and no hot meals apart from Waffles.
