Several things to pick from hot and cold coffee was great had all different creamers Nothing

The gentleman who checked us in, I don’t know his name but he’s an older gentleman every time we’ve stayed here has always been pleasant and very respectful. Customer service is amazing. There wasn’t anything not to like

Good location to spend some time in around UVA and Charlottesville. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I heard birds outside my windowin the morning.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good for continental breakfast. Kim at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. It was somewhat expensive to stay there. There was some road noise which unfortunately is something nothing can be done about since it is close to a busy road

There was a hypodermic needle in the stairwell & alerted front desk staff, checked again on our way out & it was still there after making them aware, not good! Breakfast area was not especially clean & offerings were sparse compared to other hotels.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Confusing entrance from the street. Breakfast was minimal for a choice hotel.

Friendly staff The rooms are very dated and old and not very clean; the hotel is located behind raising cain's and is kind of sketchy; there were people in the parking lot smoking weed and the smell was awful. Would not stay here again;

Major issues with the TV

Quiet, adequate for a good night's sleep.

The room next door had loud music with people going in and out until around 3 a.m., and then early the next morning, the room above us started blaring music. I don’t know if there are people living here long-term or if rules simply aren’t enforced, but the noise at all hours was ridiculous. Sadly, between the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and noise, I would not recommend staying here.

Convenient and quiet

The manager, Skip, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the trip very enjoyable. He was the best manager ever and I travel a lot. Breakfast was an extra wonderful surprise. I loved this hotel super location.
