Comfortable, clean. Excellent hot breakfast with no loud TV!

We love this cute little place with the pretty flowers and the tea time. And a great pool. But I don’t stay here too often because the place runs hot. The hallways are sweltering, the room struggles to maintain 70. And while it is clean, it is old and it shows.

I've stayed at the English Inn a number of times over the years and it's always a comfortable, consistent experience. I have no complaints about my most recent stay. Everything went well, and I actually woke up early enough to sample the excellent breakfast buffet. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Charming inn with everything you would expect from a well-run establishment.

Simple hotel with okay breakfast options, good spot for one night. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Felt a bit dated and had an odd smell in places.

Overall great stay! Room was very clean, spacious and loved the 2nd TV for the pull out sofa bed! Breakfast area was superb, clean and offered a wide variery. The finess area and pool could use a little more care, some maintenance and cleaning but still was very nice!
